Spoke with Sammer over the phone yesterday and he was able to get me in today and my windshield was replaced within 2 hours and 12 minutes. Less than 400$. Parts and labor. Better than Bradberry and safellite. Better phone etiquette too. I appreciate yall for everything. They gave me a water too while I was there. It's the little things sometimes you know?? I went by to get several small chips repaired in my windshield. I was greeted and told I didnt have to exit my vehicle. I was told that my chips were not anything that would cause any issues but to give me a peace of mind he filled them! When I asked what I owed, he told me nothing. I said are you serious, and he stated come back when you have a real chip. I didnt get his name, but I am gonna refer to him as one of God's angels! I left feeling blessed! I would highly recommend this business. In fact, I am gonna tell everyone I know!

It's not how you start; it's how you finish. There was initially a problem with my windshield replacement and I appreciate the fact that they stuck with me until the issue was solved. The specifics: due to an air leak in the initial installation, the molding kept coming off on the highway. Birmingham Autoglass Now stayed with the issue and kept looking for solutions until they finally reinstalled the entire windshield. As a customer I totally understand that minor installation issues like this can happen and mainly want to know that I won't be left without a solution. I'm grateful that my concerns were taken seriously. The manager (Courtney) was especially helpful and continually reassured me throughout the process.

Excellent job! Fast and friendly! I’ve come back many times over the years with different vehicles and every experience was fast and painless. With my most recent visit, despite the damage being smaller than a dollar bill and GEICO approving the repair, everywhere else I tried said they wouldn’t fix it. They “couldn’t” even stop the crack from spreading. I had just replaced the windshield two years prior. Hoover Windshield Repair repaired it with no problem and guarantees the repair. Hoover Windshield Repair only does repairs, no replacements. The difference I found was everybody with a vested interest in replacing windshields told me they “couldn’t.” Hoover Windshield Repair said “we can” when others wouldn’t.
