I walked in to ask about a windshield repair, and ended up getting it repaired right then! I expected I'd need to make an appt for service, but I was in and out in 10 minutes - and all for less than $57!!! Tim & David were extremely friendly. Their prices were MUCH lower than I expected and very reasonable. You can hardly even see the old damage, and I was able to go through a carwash right after the repair. Tim explained the process as David worked. It was all very interesting. I'll definitely come back if I ever need any repairs to my windshield again! (I tried to take a pic for this review, but the faint spot wouldn't show up in the pic - it's that good of a repair!!)

My technician, Chris, really knew what he was doing. He called me to let me know when he was on his way. When he showed up, he got started immediately, and before I knew it, he had my windshield and passenger side window replaced. Believe me, it was a lot more convenient to have him do it than for me to watch a YouTube video and try to do it myself. That would've cost me a whole lot more time, money, and aggravation since I tend to throw and break things when I invariably mess them up. Kudos to Chris for such a quick repair, highly recommend using Safelite!!
