This is a chain and the online scheduling website doesn’t work (shows no openings) but getting a customer service rep on the phone helped. They do walk-ins for chip repair. The girls behind the counter were very pleasant and professional. The glass technicians completely ignored me twice once when he got my keys and once when it was done but I think he had the volume up on headphones and maybe just didn’t realize he was being spoken to. I’m any case, they charged me less than the original estimate and at first blush seems like the repair was done as good as could be hoped for. The shop is in a crappy part of town so just be aware of where you are. Lastly, the work was done pretty fast so that was another plus. The estimate was 90 minutes. I think it was closer to 25. I would use them again for chip repair.

This was my first time ever needing my windshield replaced. I had no clue who to use.. so I turned to Google & read some reviews. Glass America had some of the best reviews. So I decided to call them. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful, patient and professional. The day of my appointment, the guy came and realized the wrong windshield had been ordered (I was thankful he realized & didn't try putting it on anyways.) So my appointment had to be rescheduled, which I was totally ok with because I obviously want the correct windshield. Then the next appointment was bad weather so we rescheduled again to yesterday. The guy that comes (can't 100% remember his name, maybe Daniel?) is very kind and professional. He had my windshield replaced in less than an hour! There was no mess left behind inside my car or outside my car. This morning it was pouring down rain and there are no leaks. Great experience & would definitely use them again!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
