From the first call to actual installation, they handled everything and took charge. It was effortless, and got my windshield fixed the next day. Previous companies I have used the process was just annoying and took way longer. They were very respectful, and when the gentleman came to fix the windshield he took the time after to even let me know a couple key fixes for my car as a lady that I wouldn’t have noticed. The customer service was absolutely amazing! Mr. Cogswell showed up on time, he explained what he was going to do, and the service was quick and efficient! I've used other another window repair company in the past when my driver's door window shattered. After the guy replaced my shattered window with a new one, the window made a bunch of crackling noise every time I lowered and raised the window. He left glass in the door! It was embarrassing having people in my car hearing that garbage. Eventually the window stopped working and the company did nothing to fix it! It was a waste of time and money. So I went to Complete Glass and the service was perfect! When Greg was done, he had me check out the window before leaving so I can see how it worked. Of course the window worked smoothly! The pricing was great also! He's kind, friendly, and trustworthy! I highly recommend going to them!!!

This was some of the best service I have ever received from any business anywhere. I broke the window in the back door of my van. K&B called my insurance company and handled that business for me. They didn’t have the window in stock, but they found it somewhere and immediately picked it up. All of the repair people were busy, so they sent me to their main office and had the manager do the installation. Within 3 hours of my breaking the window the new one was installed.

A+ company, all the way!! I had my windshield cracked all the way across while I was in the car wash. One call to the insurance company and they recommended Mountainside. Initially I was trying to see if I could get it replaced the same day, but their schedule was full, so I booked a week out, although they had appointments two days out. I was SO impressed!! I was really having a crummy day that day, and Jesse and his coworker were prompt, polite, professional and so kind! What I was most impressed with though was that they came to my house not only once, but TWICE in one day! The first time for the window and the second time for the moldings that the last goof-ball company installed wrong and glued down so they had to be chipped out to be removed. I really appreciate their kindness and going the “extra mile” to make my window look amazing!! It really does look brand new! Couldn’t be happier! I’m programming his contact into my phone now! So thankful I now have a go-to auto glass company!! Thank you, Mountainside!!

I requested OEM glass (1 year old vehicle with special etching on windshield) and they helped me work through the process with my insurance company. ****SUPER SERVICE **** I had two HUGE cracks down the middle of my windshield. I came across “New Image Auto Glass “ during my rampage of trying to collect the best reviews/quotes *since we were paying out of pocket.* Julio A. our sales Rep with “Safepro Auto Glass” (same or sister company that uses Safepro techs ) called me back right away even though it was almost closing time on a Monday afternoon. He was courteous, willing to help . I ended the chat with “ I’ll get back to you, need to go over it with husband “ Not only that but was hoping I got a few more quotes back from other companies. Next morning I got quoted higher from other companies So We gave a call back to Safepro, Julio was able to book a next day work order and we had the choice to go in shop or home/office with no extra cost. Enrique L. Was our technician who came out to our home. He got right to work, took no more than 20 min to replace our windshield . He was fast, friendly ————— After Safepro was done “Complete Calibrations” came out to provide ADAS calibration. They are provided in the cost by Safepro *Great workers . Was able to get done in less than 40min all depends on your car… Bryan from that company noticed my Rear view mirror no longer held on to the new windshield well (heatwave 🥵related ) this sun is brutal!!!! Told me to contact safepro back so I can get that fixed … I called them right away and got in contact with -Kay- From Safepro Service department .
