Definitely appreciate the customer service and dedication from the owner to contact me and keep future business! 2 things I'm reviewing: 1: The actual tint work - 5/5 Stars I had my back windshield redone. My original tint was peeling off, so this is a much-needed upgrade. They removed the old film and applied a new one. The new tint from Archies looks amazing, no bubbles, and overall super sharp! Already makes a huge difference for me for looks and driving. Tint alone, I would return as a customer. Tint removal - $100 New Tint application- $150 2: Customer Service - 3/5 Scraps from the original tint were left in my car, dried water drops on side panels from spraying tint on, excess water on floor mats in the back of the car, and smudges on the back windshield. Also some moisture on my back speakers. I don't want to take extra time to clean up after a service like this when it can be avoided by the business. I could see myself returning in the future. Hoping this review helps with feedback and adjustments.

We made an appointment to have our windows tinted on our Tacoma. When calling around I felt the customer service was very consistent and informative. We wanted the ceramic tinting plus at a legal level. We recently visited Phoenix and the tint was incredible against the heat, and we didn’t have the AC running super high. Super impressive! Note: I did notice a few bubbles and peeling seven days after the installation and no we didn’t roll the windows down during that time. I called and without hesitation, they’re on it. With that being said, we are having our front windshield replaced too. We have Progressive Insurance and we didn’t want to go through their vendor(too many issues), and Diamond Auto was happy to arrange that with our policy and agent. UPDATE (May 2025): Later another crack in our windshield...again they did a excellent job! Now, our other truck is being done at Diamond Auto, the windshield from the Progressive vendor had a major defect, and poor first install, they wouldn't replace it after two installations. I am a huge fan Diamond Auto, and the team if very trustworthy.

Astounded by their kindness and service. They even answered our call on a Sunday off hours to help us with our rental car getting a cracked windshield. We are from Ohio and even though we are not local they really got us taken care of in a pinch when we had to return the car within a few hours. The price was beyond reasonable. Great Folks! - Ryan over at the West Flagstaff location helped me understand my issues with my auto glass. I thought my tint was bad and had to be replaced. They could have easily hood winked me but instead said I needed window descaling. It had lots and lots of hard water spots that would not clean off with standard cleaners. This made the tint looked bubbled or damaged but it wasn't. They used a custom paste and buffers to descale the hard water deposits and the auto glass looked brand new after! The price to do this was 1/4 the cost of pulling and reapplying tint. Thanks guys!

The technician did a great job replacing my windshield and was very friendly. I signed up for an afternoon time slot which said my car needed to be available from 12pm to 5pm. The technician arrived at 5:30pm and apologized for the delay. It took about an hour to replace the windshield and was told that I needed to wait until 7pm to use the car. The 12pm-5pm time slot felt misleading. I also felt that a seven hour window of not being able to use my car for the mobile service was extremely inconvenient and unnecessary. When I gave the feedback in person and through two surveys Safelite sent me, I never received any follow up on the concerns.

I highly recommend coming here! I recently had my entire rear view mirror fall off right before I had a long car ride. It completely fell apart so I had to duct tape it on so I could drive safely. The next day I went to the Big O Tires, which I've been a long time customer, but they told me they wouldn't want to work on it because they were worried about damaging any sensors it has. They told me to go to Storm Auto Glass which was right down the street. I called them and told me they could get me in early the next morning. I came in today and they were very kind and enthusiastic to help me. He fixed it in less than 10 minutes! All it needed was to be attached back on properly, and he assured me there wouldn't be a problem with the sensors. He showed me how I should properly adjust my mirror so it wouldn't fall off again. I got a rear view mirror extender for Christmas and was worried I wouldn't be able to use it anymore, but he made sure I could. No charge either! Extremely thankful I got help from them, and they seem very reliable.

Great service. Quality service. Went in for chip repair on my windshield with a quoted price of $40 for a serious chip and a minor chip with a very small crack. As soon as I asked for the chip repair they ran a quick quote for a new windshield (parts/labor) and told me that if I ever needed a new windshield that I would know what to expect from them. The quoted price was $180 for my 1995 Subaru Legacy. I asked if they would be able to install a new windshield that day and they said that they could pick up the glass and set an appointment in 2 hours. This was also accounting for their lunch so I assume that this time would've been shorter; either way 2 hours is pretty quick. I returned for my appt and they had me out of there in 45mins. I'm happy with the repair and can wholeheartedly recommend these folks to anyone with window needs.
