I'm not surprised to see all of these positive reviews here.. Hector and his son were an A+ team! If you're looking for windshield repair for your car, AGF is the place to go! I was doing a cross country trip in January when my windshield got hit by a rock that caused a long crack. I was worried about finding a reliable company that isn't too costly in order to fix my problem. I'm very glad I ended up calling Auto Glass Factory. They were very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Even though I had scheduling issues with my work calls being unpredictable, their receptionist was very patient and professional with me and worked with me through all the complexity of my schedule in order to find the right time/date for the repair. When Hector came to my location, he was very polite and professional with a very friendly personality. Him and his son were able to fix my issue within 2 hours. Well let me start by stating I used these guys because they are LGBTQ friendly like stated in google . They did an awesome job , very polite and showed up exactly like they said they would. The technician did leave a tool in the car , but did call a bit later to retrieve. I was going to call either way to let them know. Fast , easy and all n all a great experience . Thank you guys !

I got a rock chip on my brand new Mustang GT and was honestly so pissed because I just bought the car a couple weeks ago. I called Gravity Auto Glass and they got me in the same day. The repair was only $69, which is crazy because I thought I was gonna have to spend over a thousand dollars replacing the whole windshield. The tech showed up right at my house, explained exactly what he was gonna do, and was done in like 20 minutes. I was worried it was still gonna look bad after but you can barely even tell there was ever a chip. They really saved me so much money and stress. Plus, I love that they are veteran owned and operated, makes me feel good supporting a business like that. Super professional, affordable, and convenient since they come to you. If you have any rock chips or need a new windshield, I highly recommend Gravity Auto Glass. They did an amazing job on my Mustang and I’ll definitely be using them for any glass repairs in the future.

Over the years I've experienced the worst of the auto glass industry, the not so bad and the absolute best!! If you own a jeep like me, you know how many windshields you can go through. I was hesitant to take the call from another glass company offering cash back on my install, seems they are always in a hurry and not too concerned with quality! I needed my glass replaced and Lucid was offering their services. I explained my previous experiences and concerns to Kensey and she assured me this would not be my experience with Lucid! From the moment my installer showed up I was greeted and reassured of the work that was being done! Very friendly and If his work truck was any indication of the work being performed, i was in good hands. I believe how you do anything is how you do everything. The worst thing you want is a cracked windshield. We replaced two new windshield 6 months ago. Like always, lots of 18 wheelers trucks and pickups in Arizona with uncovered trailers is a recipe for lots of rocks becoming projectiles hitting lots of windshields. Here is my review: A. Customer Service: 1. I give Amy all thumbs up for her windshield repair. 2. She was very professional and the good news I didn’t know the repair has a lifetime repair warranty. B. Showroom 1. The showroom is very clean and organized and conducive for waiting for your vehicle being serviced 2. They offer water while you wait C. Repair Outcome 1. You can see the silhouette of the crack. The crack was over a quarter in diameter. D. Value 1. The retail price for the repair is $156, the good news I paid less due to a price match. Be sure to check around for comps, why? All of the companies are offering discounts since it’s Summer and the winter customers are away. Overall, I give Satellite 5 stars for offering a quick way of getting me up and running. I waited under 1 hour and 1/2. No bad!!! Great job Amy

We had to have a windshield replacement on our Highlander. I contacted See N Clear and they got me in the following day. The tech notified me when he was an hour out and also when he was on his way. He was very professional, explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He recalibrated my camera's and gave me a brief explanation on how his equipment work. I am extremely happy with his work and have him give me an estimate on my other vehicle which will need a windshield. They definitely will be getting future work from me.
