This was my first experience needing a windshield replacement, and I chose Agave because I had heard about them through their employee Dallin. Before scheduling my appointment I asked him about what they do, and he helped me know what Agave is all about and what to expect. I called and spoke with Shelby who was very helpful in getting everything together for me. She walked me through everything I needed to know and helped me contact my insurance for the claim. She sent me updates about my appointment and was professional and helpful in her work. Brian was my tech and he came earlier than expected, which was amazing! He walked me through the process of what exactly he was going to do and finished installing the new windshield in 40 minutes. He did an amazing job along with the rest of the Agave staff! Just had the windows tinted on my 1997 VW Golf GTI. They car is old, and the passenger side window regulator is on its last legs. They were Very careful when tinting that window and were able to do it with success. I had all the windows done except the front windshield. 5% on the back three, and 25% on the driver and passenger doors. Typical of most cars out here. But here's the thing that really caught my attention: The windows look GREAT by the way, and of course superb craftsmanship. But today it was 104° in Tempe, and rising. Today was frigging Hot! Usually when I leave work, I have to turn on the A/C no matter what, even when it's 89°. These older cars did not come with any sun protection at all, and this little car was like driving in a magnifying glass bulb! But, after the tint was applied, I literally did Not need my A/C!!! It was Sooo nice in the car, without a/c, I drove all over town, then back home, as the temp kept rising to 106 in some places! This is a testament to really high quality tint! Im still flabbergasted (lol), because I've never experienced that! Especially in 104° weather! To me, it's kind of a phenomenon! I've had many cars tinted over the years, did some myself back in the day. But this experience today beats them all! I am a Very Happy Customer! As far as the establishment, it is very top notch, clean, orderly, etc. The way the shop is lit with the correct LED Kelvins makes it easy for the personnel to do their great work. It's a shop that people with these skills would want to work! Everybody at the shop was friendly and professional. Awesome staff! Ill be bringing all my business here! Thank you everyone at AGD Tempe on Rural!! 💪

Excellent service! I was in need of a rear door window replacement. I left a message and was contacted by Jen the very next day with great pricing and availability to complete the service. Unfortunately at the time I was calling around to just get quotes because I had zero money. A week later she followed up with me to see if I still needed my replacement. I told her I still needed more time. She then followed up another week later; at which time I pulled the trigger and got my window replaced. There was no hassle or pressure from Jen, but I do appreciate the tenacity to help the customer. None of the other 20 companies I inquired with followed up with me at all; just another reason I went with AGD. They sent out David a mobile tech and replaced in front of my house. I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Jen, David, and the AGD team. My insurance agent recommended AGE 15 years ago & I've only called them since. They're pretty punctual, very communicative, & do great work. I've been lucky enough to get away with repairs most of the time. This time it ended up being a replacement, which I usually hate cause they never look the same. Man have they proven me wrong!! I have a BMW M6 & when the tech said it needs to be a replacement I griped about replacements never looking right. The tech (Brent Larange) stepped up to the plate big time!! He called it in & made sure to request an aftermarket windshield, made by the same supplier that BMW used so it would look exactly the same.. then he also insisted on original BMW surround moulding. When he was done, I couldn't tell it was replaced! Excellent attention to detail on Brent's part! I was very impressed. He also took a few extra minutes to hide the wiring for my dash-cam while the window was out so it was no longer dangling down from the camera. I'm big on customer service & quality work, both of which Brent nailed!! From now on I will request him as my tech when needed. I can't recommend him enough! Thanks AGE & Brent Larange! You knocked it out of the park!

I needed to pay for a windshield out of pocket and their website came up in a search and said "free quote". I was expecting to get a bunch of calls because they wanted my email and phone number, but when I clicked submit it instantly gave me a quote which was accurate in the end. It was low enough I called right then to see if I could get an appt. They were super nice and got me in the same day. I had such a great experience, I brought two more cars the next day and a friend brought a third with me and all cars turned out great! Ill definitely be back, I mean hopefully not, but we know what Phoenix roads are like.

After calling several different auto glass companies and one of them not calling me back I managed to give this business a try based on the reviews because I have insurance but it’s a high deductible and the other companies are charging high prices and fees and due to a rock that hit my windshield yesterday it cracked more and of course Safelite was going to charge me a high price for it so I decided to come out of pocket I gave Raul a call and he showed up in a timely manner and he was very professional and a stand up guy and his prices are so much reasonable compared to other auto glass companies especially out of pocket expenses and for those who don’t have insurance it literally didn’t take him more than maybe 25-30 minutes to replace my entire windshield and it looked brand new! And he was very knowledgeable and was patient with the questions I had and we had a small conversation and best part he is mobile so he is always on the road with his phone willing to help his next customer whether at your job or at home he’ll be there to take care of you and has a legitimate warranty incase something happens or gets into your new windshield. I highly recommend him for sure!
