I have gone to Mr. Lee's shop for three new windshields for three different cars in the past couple of years, and he is always the cheapest option around. Moreover, he's always the quickest option around. I looked into some of the other guys that deliver or work by appointment, and every other company I called wanted to schedule me for a minimum of 4 days after my call. Mr. Lee always gets me in within 24 hours of when I call him. If he doesn't have the right glass, he finds it and gets to his shop first thing the next morning. On top of that, I usually barely have time to unlock my phone, open an app, and start attempting to distract myself from the wait before he comes in and says, "okay, you're good to go!" To add even more incentive, now they deliver too!! So if you're too busy to go to him, he will send his best guy to you. They are all so polite and very proficient in their craft. I'm not exaggerating when I say I'll never go anywhere else ever again. The most expensive windshield replacement was on my wife's 2010 Toyota Rav4, and that only cost me $150. Every other place I looked was going to be double that amount, at least!! I called him on a Monday, and on Tuesday morning, I was at his shop, even though he had to order the right glass to fit my wife's car. I was there for all of half an hour, and that was only because there were 2 cars ahead of me, and then I was on my way again. It's been a month since then, and I have thoroughly inspected every inch of that glass. Not only is it flawless, but there are no leaks. I took it to the car wash after the windshield had been on for less than 2 days, I sprayed water on every single edge, but not a single drop made it inside. These guys are really the best around. I promise you that if you'll give them a chance, you won't regret it, and you'll never go anywhere else again.

It was great experience from initial Contact, scheduling, appointment verification, and installation!! For a little extra they came to my house to fix the windshield! It proved to be a little stubborn coming out, but the service tech stayed on task and prevailed. The new one is great. No leaks or concerns. The customer service, quality product and professionalism was top notch! I highly recommend this company! They were reasonably priced, great customer service and they offer (if you are the area that qualifies) the service at your home!

I used Mr. Auto Glass in my previous car to get my windshield replaced. They did a fantastic job. Since then, I got a new car and my windshield cracked. My mom had taken hers to a place 20 minutes closer to our house and they said they would give me a discount on mine. As a college student, of course I’m going to go anywhere with a discount LOL. Well, you get what you pay for and they couldn’t get this cover for my camera/sensors on the windshield to stay in place. After 3 attempts with them, I got a refund and went to Mr. Auto Glass since I had a great experience with them in my previous car. They took great care of me and wouldn’t let me pay for this minor service. Thank you so much! I started to drive my car one day and noticed a chip on my windshield and a few small cracks staring out from it. I was devastated. I contacted safelite who was recommended by my insurance and quickly booked a same day appointment online. The process was super fast and easy. When I drove to ft smith I ended up being early. Christian was my technician. He was friendly, professional, and personable. He was able to get my car in right away. I thought I was going to be waiting an hour so we helped ourself to the free coffee in the lobby and played in the children’s area with my grandson. Christian kept us informed every step of the way and had us heading out the door in less than 30 minutes. He explained everything in great detail. I was very impressed with the work he did. He saved my windshield and eased my anxiety when I didn’t know what to expect. They handled everything with my insurance. I highly recommend that you check these guys out if you get a chip or crack in your windshield. Their service is amazing and the people are awesome. I hope I never have to go back, but if I ever need this service again, I will definitely go back to this location. Thank you Christian!!
