Action Windshield Repair

Called twice . First time I was told someone would call me back but no one did. I was not to concerned cause it was close to a holiday. Second time when I called someone did call me back and said he could come to my house that afternoon. No one showed and no one called to reschedule. I'm very busy as most are these days. But the ethical thing to do is to show integrity when dealing with a customer base. Time is money and I took the time , based on the reviews of this company, to place good faith in this business to help. The guy who called me back the second time seemed very annoyed, saying they were contracted by Safelite and didn't get paid as much as they charged my insurance. I feel as though my insurance /payment was a sore spot for him. I do not understand why you would be a business and take work from safelite if you were not happy with what they paid you. Simply be up front and say you don't want to mess with those insurance claims. It's not the policy holders fault that you've entered a contract and agreed to a certain amount. This is very bad business ethics. I've gotten nothing done with this company. So if you have glass coverage under your vehicle insurance then you probably will not get anywhere with this company and it will be a wasted week for you as well.

Charles did a wonderful job repairing my windshield. The process was very easy. He drove to my house the same day I called to take care of it. He is very kind, and knowledgeable in what he does. I will definitely use him again if I need another windshield repair! 100% recommend!

This is my second time using action glass. Charles does a phenomenal job. Both times he came the same day. So knowledgeable, kind, and great sense of humor. Wouldn’t call anyone else but Mr. Charles.
