It is hard to get excellent Customr Service like we we received today at Auto Glass Now! Thank you to the amazing team for turning around our unfortunate experience of our back window being broke while traveling. Specifically, wanted to point out that Brett, the store Manager at the Little Rock location, went above and beyond to make sure that our needs were taken care of; give the very complex install. Saw a small hole the other day on driver's side near wipers on windshield which had a crack extending about 1-1/2 inches. Called my insurance company and explained it and they referred me to a mobile windshield glass repair affiliation. Didn't feel good about their recommendation so went to Yelp for reviews on other shops locally. Best thing I ever did! Called Greenwood Auto Glass and owner Todd DeLoach answered. He was courteous, polite and kind and told me to come over right away. When I got there he highly recommended I replace windshield which I did the next day. Let me tell you folks Todd definitely knows his stuff. Not only is he skilled, professional and super fast he gets the job done beautifully and he's super nice to boot. I would highly recommend Todd to anyone anytime. Best auto glass and windshield repair in Hot Springs and probably every surrounding town for miles. People do not hesitate to have him do the work. This is as good as it gets! 5 Stars.

This repairman/owner was truly remarkable in his knowledge, ability, adeptness, and professionalism. He is a man of his word, who gave me a price for a windshield for my van (which was much less than I had expected), and that was what I paid. I had called him about it at nearly closing time on 4-15, and he said he could install it the following morning, at 8 a.m. When I arrived there, just before 8, he moved his vehicle out of the shop door and then started work immediately. I asked, and was given permission to stay out in the shop with him, so I watched him work. Very impressive! with expert use of all the tools he has, which took just about an hour to complete. Wayne is very friendly and conversational. We shared many of our experiences and he is an honest man, who cares about people - not just his customers. I will recommend him to anybody who asks me about him!

While on vacation our motor home windshield got broken. I called several different glass repair shops in Little Rock, Benton, and Hot Springs and wasn't satisfied with their offers until I called Star Windshield. Kathy was very helpful from the minute I called, she is very professional. I was able to email her a scan of my DOT number off my broken windshield along with the VIN info of my motor home. With that info she was able to find and order the replacement windshield for my 14 year old RV. The window arrived in a few short days. Kathy set up an appointment for me to bring in the motor home. It was installed by very professional installers and allowed to cure for several hours. The windshield looks new like a factory install! I was very happy with the results! I would take any of my vehicles to them from now on and highly recommend them to my friends. Thank you Star Windshield!
