Having a woman help me with my car is always less intimidating for me, and she was so so nice and helpful! She definitely went the extra mile in helping me understand better how to work with insurance, how to take care of my car, and my options. Will be back for any and all glass repairs. When I came back to have my windshield repaired, they did such a great job! Prompt, well-done, with a reasonable price. Front desk ladies are fantastic and knowledgeable, and the guys that did the work did a fantastic job. Was so pleased at how smoothly the whole process went.

This was such a positive experience to come out of a bad situation. Lawn mower shattered my front passenger side window. So I gave a few places around town a call they were by far the best deal around. Very friendly on the phone as well as the actual technician. The over all time was lest than 2 hours, from phone call the to receipt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Serviced my vehicle on the spot. Thank you 5 Star Auto.

The best experience I’ve ever had with a glass or repair business. The office staff was truly delightful. They had 2 windows replaced for me in an emergency within a couple hours & that includes the time it took me to drive to their shop! Great prices & even better service. Cannot recommend enough.

Michelle, Trisha, and Zack were absolutely amazing. 5 Star offered the best price over the big chains, and their customer service was exceptional. They gave me a lift back and forth to drop off and pick up my car, were understanding when I had to alter my drop off time, and got me in quick and completed a timely installation. Plus, it feels good to support a local family owned business over a national chain. I can't recommend them enough!

They did very good on our truck. You cannot beat the price & they are very friendly & helpful. They are in no way like Safelite but I saved a lot of money getting my windows put in. They also got me in the same day I called & it only took a little over an hour. Give them a try.
