5 Star Auto Glass

5 Star Auto glass did an excellent job replacing my windshield for the very best price I could find. I dropped off my vehicle the night before, placed my key in the key drop, and it was ready by noon the next day! They had even offered to pick up my vehicle if I didn't have a ride. My new windshield looks awesome, my rear view mirror is mounted securely, and I am exceptionally satisfied with the replacement performed by 5 Star Auto Glass. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family!

We had the unfortunate experience of someone breaking our window to steal items out of our vehicle. 5 star auto glass was a pleasure to work with and made it an easy, stress-free process to get our window replaced. Rick arrived slightly ahead of schedule and we discussed fixes for my '73 Sebring. About an hour later the job was done, the rear window resealed. All during that time Rick and I chewed the fat over military service. He is a people person with great customer skills and still hanging on to that North Carolina accent. Very knowledgeable about older cars and has the tools to repair that glass. I will certainly call 5 Star if more problems arise. Thanks for the reminiscing Rick.

I was leaving early to man our garage sale late last month on a Friday morning. My garage door didn’t go all the way up and had stopped 3/4ths of the way up. I couldn’t see that in my rear view mirror. Needless to say, I backed into it and shattered my rear tailgate window. I called my insurance right away. They told me to call Five Star Glass. They said to bring it in that evening and to leave it parked outside their door for the weekend. I was concerned since it was to rain much of that weekend and the rear of my van would be still be open and exposed to the elements. I reluctantly agreed and was getting ready to leave it there. Five Star Glass then called back and said that won’t work well and to bring it in that evening anyway. They would drive it inside their shop and they had the glass replacement in stock. The owner / manager, Rick, then came in special on Saturday morning to replace it. They are normally closed on Saturdays. I thought that was very kind of him to come in extra to help out a new customer. He had it done quickly on Saturday morning. I arrived and met Rick. He was very accommodating and polite, I was very impressed by their office and entry area as being very clean and in pristine order. I would highly recommend Rick and Five Star Glass to anyone looking for this kind of glass service! Thank you, Rick!!k

Customer service doesn’t meet needs. I called and they gladly took my order. They said they would call me back that day. Never did. Owner apologized and he gave me his cell number. I received a text saying they would arrive between 8-9 am. I got a follow up text reminding me of my 8am appointment. At after waiting I called owner no answer? I called the office they said the window was from 8-3? At 11 I texted them and cancelled. A little later the van shows up and said they were told my window was from 8-12. I felt uneasy with the lack of care for my time. Be careful and goodluck.

I can’t say enough about what a pleasure it is to do business with this company!! This is the second time that I’ve had a windshield replaced in my motor home. Each time was a smooth hassle free experience. They came out to my home and did the installation.
