My back rear window had exploded and I was so shocked that had never happened to me before. So I called my insurance and they told me safelite wouldn’t get to me until a whole week later! I decided to google glass repair shops I read some reviews and figured why not give him a call and I’m very happy with the service I received from The Glass Man he was able to help me much faster than my insurance. Also my rear window looks great 😊 Thank you so much for helping me at such short notice!

813 Auto Glass is the absolute best! I had an Alfa Romeo which needed a windshield. I called seven different places. Either no one would pick up the phone, no one would have the glass in stock, or the one other place I called quoted me $300 more. 813 Auto Glass got me a brand new windshield in 2 hours at a great price and for $25 more, they detailed the car! Don't be fooled, there's no such thing as a free windshield. If insurance pays for it too many times, the next time you try to get insured, you'll get denied. Believe me, it happened to me. Don’t go here.. if I could give 0 stars I would.. I went here to get my windshield replaced and when I got the car back it had black smudges all over the inside of my car that I haven’t been able to take off.. plus the windshield is STILL leaking and on top off all that he dented the side of my car and decided to rush me out of the shop instead of owning up to what he did like a man ..I tried to go back to at least get the leak situation fixed and I asked if I could sit with the car to watch him this time and he refused for me to sit with my own car.. so I took my business else where..

One of the worst experiences I’ve had getting a new windshield. Trusted this guy blindly. He said he’d have the window completed in 2 to 3 hours. Asked me to put a deposit down which I regret because it took over 10 hours to get the vehicle back. Didn’t call or text to communicate what was going on I had to reach out to him every time. On top of that the windshield and the job that was done Was subpar and seemingly negligent. My entire van number disappeared on the window there’s noticeable gaps between the frame and window. when I asked him if he match the window part using my Vin number for the vehicle he said that was too expensive for him to do. Do yourself a favor and don’t ever use this guy even if the price seems cheaper than everyone else it’s not worth it not professional it’s worth paying a little bit more for a better windshield. Lesson learned for me.

While this review is long overdue, it is certainly worthy of an outstanding review. I was fortunate to finally find 813 Auto Glass. After contacting several other auto Glass locations, 813 Auto Glass was the only one that was able to provide the repairs needed to my car mirrors. They repaired the mirrors timely, efficiently, and at a very reasonable cost. If I ever have any auto glass needs, 813 Auto Glass is definitely who I will look to. Do yourself a favor and make 813 Auto Glass your first call.

The good folks at 813 Auto glass came through!!! Windshield was severely cracked and, honestly, about one more rock away from falling in. I googled auto glass repair in Tampa and they were one of the first places that came up. I read the reviews just like you’re doing right now and nothing but great things! So I called them up to make an appointment. I spoke with Mike and was able to make a same day appointment for later this afternoon. I asked him how long it would take he said about 2HRS. He offered me the option to pay a deposit of 50% so that they can get the windshield before I arrived and have it ready when I get there to cut down the time so I did. Price quoted was very reasonable compared to other places I’ve researched in the past and customer service was great from beginning to end. When I got there the windshield was ready and his partner took 1hr and 1/2 all together. They also quoted me a fair price for my back window that I’ve been putting off. Will be back soon for that job. Overall, highly recommend!!!
