865 Auto Glass

I set an appointment for 9:30 and he shows up at 10:40. He removed my back glass and prepares to install my new sliding back glass. I told him he would probably have to rope it in. After several attempts he decided he need to get a rope kit to install it. He said he woul have to go to the warehouse and pick one up. I called him at 12:45 to see when he would be back. He said since I told him I had to go yo work he went to do another job. I asked him when would he be back at my house to complete the job and he said he didn’t know. I told him the rain was coming in later this after and I asked him if I needed to take it to a real glass shop and he said probably do. He said he was having a hard time with it. If they can’t do the job they need to tell someone before they start the job. The picture shows what they did which is nothing.

Daniel was easy to communicate with, accommodating to my changing schedule /availability, and arrived on time. He was quiet and respectful and quick to get the job done (and done well!) right at my house and for a really reasonable price that you wouldn't find from a corporate franchise. He did a spotless job cleaning up as well. I would (and will :)) recommend him to anyone and I will use him again if I ever need a window or windshield replaced in the future. He far exceeded my expectations and I'm sure he'll continue to be successful if he keeps up the good, honest work.

Cracked windshield? Call 865. Lexus quoted me way too high, and Safelite’s reviews on install quality made me hesitant. Then I found Daniel. He broke down the differences in glass quality (his was better than Safelite’s) and came straight to me, no interruption to my day. Showed up on time, opened the car, got to work, and was done in about an hour and a half. Meanwhile, Lexus told me it’d take 13 hours. Wild. This was quick, easy, and solid work. 10/10 highly recommend!!

Had Danny replace the windshield in my 2018 Colorado. Very professional and very good about keeping you updated. Top notch work and best prices anywhere locally. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this angel from heaven. I was one hour into a 12 hour trip on Labor Day, when the window in my driver’s side door fell into the door and wouldn’t come back up. I had just resigned myself to picking bugs out of my teeth all the way home, but took a chance at finding a repair facility that could get me in RIGHT AWAY on Labor Day. I didn’t have much hope. I called the first company on my Google search list. Within 20 minutes, I met him at a nearby Auto Zone. He got the part and after about an hour, I was back on the road - on Labor Day no less - with a working window!! Very nice gentleman, former serviceman, honest and a delight to chat with while he worked. I couldn’t thank him enough.
