A & A Glass - Auto Windshield and Glass Repair and Replacement

After taking my car to a shop where they did basically nothing and charge me $600, I called this place because they told me at the shop I needed to get my windshield camera calibrated. I don’t know who I spoke with, but you can tell this people is so professional and they care about their business and their customers. He asked me about the issue with my car and after I explained, he was 100% honest with me and said they couldn’t fix it because it was something deeper going on with my car.. he even said “take it to the dealer an they will be able to help you, otherwise you will be throwing your money away here and there” Y’all have no idea how much I appreciated his honesty. In the future I will definitely visit them to change my windshield. We don’t have many honest business owners anymore, but this guys.. THEY CARE ABOUT PEOPLE!!!

Wow!! Service; Exemplary! Again!!! I can't say enough about these guys! Professionalism; Exemplary! This group people are what Service looks like! Just passing through when my windshield was broken. Found this place on google maps. They appeared to be a good group of conscientious folks that worked hard at getting you in and out. After they replaced the windshield I got back on the road but when I got on the highway, I heard a roaring wind noise coming from the lower passenger side. I pulled over and realized it was not sitting tight against the frame. I returned to A&A and explained the situation where the noise was coming from. The technician told me it was probably because the tape came off of the upper corner on the drivers side. I explained it was definitely from the lower right corner so he went back out came in in a few minutes and said you’re ready to go. Once again I got on the road and the wind noise started back up as soon as I got on the highway I didn’t have time to go back a third time so I called and they informed me they couldn’t help me unless I could come back to town. Bad customer service and bad policies. If that indeed is the policy I tried to give them a chance to make it right before I posted this.

Awful experience!! They were very disrespectful and rude! They did not deliver on what was told over to me over the phone! Spent my entire morning in their waiting room! Sat there for 2.5 hrs! Then they proceeded to tell me to come back in afternoon! It was 11:30 am and was told to come back at 1 bc they were going to lunch! I had been there since 9am!!!! Very inconsiderate of my schedule! Guess they thought or didn’t care that maybe I had a job too or had things I had to do in afternoon!! They got attitude with me when I voiced my displeasure about being lied to and the inconvenience of waiting for 2.5 hrs but yet wanting me to come back in afternoon to to wait for who knows how long!! They then told me to take my keys and NOT COME BACK!! THEY REFUSED TO FINISH THE JOB!! Some of worst customer service I have witnessed!! Not the cheapest place in town either!! Wouldn’t waste my money or my day, bc they will take up all your day, and if you voice any displeasure, they will refuse to finish job!!

Top notch work and service!!! The best place to go for your window repairs. These men all have great attitudes and are very helpful. They explain everything and answer any and all questions for you! You don't find all around great service like this anymore. Not to mention they get you in and out and are mindful of your time! THANKS SO MUCH FOR SUCH GREAT EXPERIENCES WITH YOU ALL!

Shout out to Adam and the rest of his team for fixing the rock peck on my windshield today. I was going to pay out of pocket and was told by him it could possibly be covered on my insurance for FREE. I didn't know that!!! but long story short... Adam checked, and it was. I wasn't at the store but for maybe 20 mins top. He checked on that, had it repaired by his team, and i was on my way in less than 20 minutes. Very professional and friendly staff, I highly recommend them. I'll be back if I have another issue arise with any more rocks!
