I contacted Charlie to repair a small crack in my car window. He came a day earlier than he said he could. It turned out that there was actually not a chip, so nothing to fix. He was very nice and professional even though he drove a half hour for what turned out to be no job. He also did not accept payment. I am not looking for a broken window, but if I ever do have one, I would use nobody other than Charlie. We’re so thankful for Charlie! My husband’s back windshield randomly shattered while sitting at a red light on his way home from work. By the time he got home it was nearly 8 PM, and all windshield replacement business are closed. We called and left a message with A & J Auto Glass that evening, and received a call back less than 30 minutes later! In less than 24 hours, a new windshield has been replaced from the comfort of our driveway. This was a tricky case, but even with stubborn stripped bolts and other factors, Charlie got the job done and did an excellent job!
