I called simply to get a quote. In providing my quote, the assistant Dawn did not ask me questions that other companies asked in order to validate the correct windshield needed. After receiving her quote, which was less than other companies, I inquired with her to make sure she selected the correct glass. She rudely raised her voice and told me she didn't ask me those questions because she didn't need to. I was very polite in my ask of her and could not understand why she felt the need to yell her response as if I was annoying her by asking 1 simple question. Needless to say, I was going to use this company but due to her lack of professional customer service, I decided to go with another company. Using them would have only saved me $50; I rather pay $50 extra for quality service because I will remember that company the next time I have a need.

3 years after installing our windshield, we told them we thought we had a leak. The tech came out the very next day. He found the windshield was not leaking and took the time to help try help locate where the water was coming from. They did that at no Charge. They stand behind their work and have great customer service.

Had my front windshield replaced by A-1 Glass last week the service and pricing were terrific. The technician came to my house a day after I scheduled the appointment. He was a true professional. The job took less than 2 hours to complete. They accept card cards too which was very convenient. Dawn, the office manager was extremely helpful and professional too. Got an estimate, that was fair, to replace a broken driver side window. Came out in about 2 days and replaced it while I was at work. Excellent service and communication. 2nd or 3rd time I’ve used these guys and they always take care of me.
