EXTREMELY AWFUL SERVICE! i dont even write reviews but this shoupd be noted.Made an appointment with Christian for her technician to come out friday before i had an out of town trip. I made arrangements for my wife to be home at the time she told me her tech would arrive. 2 contact numbers were given to her incase of any changes to be made. The tech did not show up (at all) Christian nor the tech made any attempt to reach out to us and explain that the appointment could not be made at the date and time promised (no further explanation nor a reschedule date was given). I then tried several days later to reschedule the installation of my back window of my pickup truck. She once again took my info as well as as confirmed the appointment. Arrangements were yet again made for someone to be here with her tech. She then again calls back to inform me that cannot install the glass after all. Very big waste of time and resources.
