A TEXAS STAUNCH AUTO GLASS

My wife was in Houston on a work trip when her vehicle was broken into. Alfredo called several places to find the correct window glass at the best price, and had someone there to replace it before the police even arrived to take the report (and it was raining). The total cost was almost half of what the dealership was going to charge for just the part. I don't usually write reviews, but Alfredo and his people did such an outstanding job, I had to share it. My experience from the time I called and inquired about windshield replacement for my BMW was great! All of my questions were answered and all my concerns addressed. I went with the OEM windshield and the price was good compared to the dealership. Alfredo kept in touch with me about what time he would arrive and once he got to my house he was professional and installed my windshield in a timely fashion. I am glad I found his shop and all the reviews about him were 100% true! I will definitely use him if I have glass issue again, and I highly recommend him.

Alfredo deserves 5 Stars for providing me with excellent service. The windshield on my 2003 BMW had severe cracks and had been previously replaced, so you never really know how well it was done the last time. I wanted to get it replaced before the bad weather. I initially was going to bring my car to a major glass company's shop, but I became concerned that they may not be familiar with on older vehicle like mine. I decided to contact A Staunch based on previous reviews. He got back to me immediately and I had a new windshield installed Perfectly at my home within 4 hours of contact. Amazing! THIS is who you want to replace your glass! My car window was smashed in on Wednesday evening. I called A Staunch Texas Auto Glass when they opened the next morning, Alfredo called my insurance so I would only have to pay my deductible and they were able to replace the glass within hours. They also noticed that the recommended glass for my make and model was too thick and that the built in window screen was broken and needed to be replaced completely. He ordered the window screen part along with the correct glass and installed both the following day by noon. Like I said, this is who you want to replace your glass! They are phenomenal, they are so friendly, so helpful, and they do the heavy lifting through insurance for you! And they will come to you because they are a mobile service!! Seriously you can't go wrong!

I had to post kudos about this company. 🎉 Considering I'm from out of town, a single mom of two, and at the mercy of many unknown businesses, I couldn't be more pleased with my final decision to take my business here. Their professionalism and genuine sincerity had me impressed from my first phone call to the end of the installation. I was quoted a fair price and treated with the upmost respect. Alfredo called me within 20 minutes with a quote that was hundreds of dollars less than Safelite, and while he arrived at my home the next day a bit later than originally planned, he called several hours ahead of time to make sure it would be alright. This allowed me to finish up some work at the office before the long weekend, so it worked out for both of us. He was quick, efficient, and the work so far looks spectacular. I tend to go with Mopar OEM parts for my Charger whenever possible, but I simply couldn't beat the price and the service. I made sure to ask Alfredo for several business cards, and I plan on recommending him to anyone I know that needs glass work done!
