This was one of the easiest vehicle repairs I've ever experienced. Booking everything online was simple and easy. Costs were upfront and entering your vehicle model was precise and easy to tackle. They called when they were on the way to my home and replaced the windshield so quickly and efficiently, it was easy and great! What impressed me the most was the attention to detail, they were cleaning the tiniest spots on the windshield and inspecting it multiple times throughout the process. Friendly, fast and quality work. Highly recommended! Having got a small ding in my windshield, I started shopping around to see what it might cost and how quickly it could be done. I gave A to Z a call around 10:15am, John quickly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 45 minutes. Now, to be fair, I got lucky that John had an appointment in the area and was able to squeeze me in, but the fact that he was willing to be flexible made for a great customer service experience. By 11:30am, my car was back in the garage with a like-new looking windshield. I had a seamless experience with John replacing my windshield at a fair price. They came to my work and took care of everything. John was timely returning my inquiry. He answered my questions with patience, and took time to reassure me that the job would be as I expected. He arrived on time, and with everything required to complete the job. There were no surprises, no fingerprints on the upholstery, and no toolmakers on the door panel. Everything went back together just as it was, and there is really no way to tell that glass has been replaced, other than looking at the manufacturer markings. My son and I were in his truck, that he flew home to SC to pick up, and drive back to where he is stationed. On the way, about 40 mins out of Aurora, as luck would have it, a rock, flung by a big rig, hit his windshield and nicked it pretty good. Mind you, 2 windshields in a span of less than a week were put in this truck already (ugh), and late on a Friday afternoon, we were worried that we would be looking at a third one. However, this company is 10 stars out of a 5 star rating. He didn’t hesitate to go out of his way to meet us, repair the Windshield, then cleaned it, leaving it to look as good as new. Not one other company, out of probably 15, would even consider the repair until Monday. Could not thank him enough, for making it a point to help us at the end of a 27 hr drive, so we could have a peace of mind over the weekend. My vehicle was in an accident and I called for a quote, which was very reasonably priced compared to the other companies I contacted. Confirmed that I was good with the price. They went to the shop where it was being repaired and had the windshield installed the next day. If I need any glass work in the future, A to Z is the company I will use!
