A-1 Auto Glass

I bought a car with a shattered windshield from an auction and brought it to A-1. They told me it would be 3-4 hours before it was ready. They got it done in under 3 hours and it only cost me $289. They also give you 3 rock chip repairs for as long as you own the vehicle! I would highly recommend them to anyone who need a windshield repair!!

So was scheduled to get my back glass replaced on my car it is under a 10 by 20 enclosed shed. The tech showed up and said no he can't do it. Said some stuff like gotta have access to open the driver and passenger door. Which the sides can be pulled up to allow access to the side of shed. Then the next excuse is not enough room for him to work.. well let's take a look at that I can open doors fully and literally work on my motorcycle and still have room to walk around... ooo then the kicker I can't do the job cuz of moisture... pointed to the ground and said did it look like there is moisture in there. I mean the gravel was dry as a bone and there is dust on the car. Then after that I get and I quote "I can't take that chance and what if". I called ahead talked to a rep and she said as long as 3 sides were covered and I can meet the requirements of door openings then it can be done. Well the tech just said nope can't do it gave me a bunch of excuses even after I pointed out logic behind his excuses... he still said no. Talk about laziness. I mean i took time off work to make sure i was here and meet the requirements. crappy customer service and just over all terrible experience. Will never use company again and will spread the word...

Replace the windshield in my Toyota Tundra today I have full coverage glass replacement insurance so it didn't cost me out-of-pocket expenses. Zack had replaced my windshield and did a wonderful job. He vacuumed out the front of the vehicle didn't look like he left much of anything. Was in and out and a timely manner. I would recommend to go to this place.

Absolutely, hands down, the BEST Autoglass business in Roseburg OR! I had a wind created rattle. After numerous troubleshooting attempts, I could not figure it out. A-1 installed my new windshield, so I decided to see if they could help. AND HELP THEY DID! Micheal, Skye and Joey found the issue AND fixed the issue! (Which had nothing to do with the windshield or the windshield install) Not only is my truck cab now rattle free, they did not charge me a cent for their time or what they did to stop the rattle! Service was fast but they damaged the rubber rain seal on the engine bay cowling. When questioned they denied it and would not repair. I know it's only $50 part. but I should not have to replace it when it was broken by their hands. Yes, I understand the rubber is dry and brittle from Sun damage, but the proper care was not taken on removal. Or if Damage is unavoidable then it should have been disclosed beforehand. It's Obvious that someone used a putty knife or something to pry it up off the glass. instead of using a heat gun or solvent first to break the adhesion. So. Burn me once but not twice.
