Great price, quick service, excellent communication (Melissa is awesome!). I had a window leak that required the windshield to be replaced. They treated for rust under the old one which I'm happy about. Passenger seal looks good. Driver side seal is all screwed up. I'm not happy with this windshield. I spoke to one of the employees and he said it likely came from the window manufacturer that way. This slipped past the mfr quality control and A-1 which really shouldn't happen. It can't be fixed unless replacing the windshield again since it's a part of the window. I spoke to Melissa and she took care of all my concerns so all I have to do now is wait 14 days for the urethane to cure and then schedule a time for replacement. I'll bump the update to 5 star if that works out... UPDATE: Replacement window was much better. The Eugene branch took good care of me. The Old window was made by Fuyao while the new window was made by Trival. It's physically better in every way. If you have a gmt400 truck, ask for the Trival brand.

Needed a windshield replaced and this service provider was across from Toyota. After speaking with their reps, it was understood that some complex tasks needed to occur with a newer vehicle. We dropped the vehicle off and expected to wait a day or more for a calibration. The vehicle was done mid day and they even put the little oil change sticker back in the corner. Great customer service. There isn't many choices in the area, but the company definitely came through as a preferred choice for any future occurrences.

Fine work but misleading on pricing. Quoted $239 for windshield replacement when I set an appointment. They later sent a text message later saying it would be $259 if I needed heated WS (I didn't). A text message sent after I dropped the car off said it would be $259 for unheated WS. When I picked up the car, they asked for $269....not a way to run a business. Also, at first I was told that it would take 2 hrs. after drop-off. Three hours later, they still hadn't started the work. They were finally done at the 4 1/2 hour point. Half day would have been fine if I'd known, but I planned my day on the 2 hour estimate. Three stars rather than two because the young gentleman I originally spoke with was VERY helpful and friendly and service-minded...+1 for him.

I had a back window on my Toyota Tundra broken during some work and was referred here. First they gave me a very early fix time (two days later) because of party shipping, but later called to say they could do it earlier because they already had it. When there they said they had me at an earlier time, but didn't fuss over it and started work finishing an hour ahead of their estimate. The best moment came when looking at the bill: 48% discount on the window dropping the price from $750 to about $400. They also detailed the motor to make sure there were no pieces of glass in it.

Bought a used Toyota and the windshield was scratched up beyond repair. Looked for a glass shop to do the work and A-1 was, by far, the most professional shop I encountered as I tried to get a price for service and set an appointment. Dropped the truck off 30 minutes before the appointment and they had the work done well before the time they promised. The install is clean and looks great. Was just at A1 in Corvallis, requested a chip repair and person said they could do it right away, person then started drill into small chip with no visible lines, PUNCHED THROUGH windshield we ith cracks, and proceeded to try and fill, fill material running on inside windshield and dropped on steering wheel, I said that's on inside, he wiped it, but I had to ask to get it cleaned up off the inside windshield,bi had to clean the mess off the steering wheel, he cleaned it up some on outside tried additional patch to seal and cure, got manager? He said, sorry we don't guarantee chip repairs, I said your team punched through windshield! He shrugged shoulders and said hopefully it won't get bigger and you won't need new windshield. No apology and walked off. Further response from A1 wasbasically even if we cause damage, no guarantees, should be sealed and we didn't charge you for the damage. No doing things the right way here, I would never recommend.
