I had many services done by kenny however, I was highly disappointed in my last service which influenced me to leave a poor review. I purchased a $250 remote start on amazon and hired Kenny to install this into my car, this remote start was in my trunk to be installed. I am a customer who brings all her own parts to be installed, for this reason I never leave shops to install things into my car on thier own judgement. kenny picked up my car and then installed a very cheap piece of junk remote starer into my car and before dropping the car off to me, took payment over the phone charged me $400 for "LABOR COSTS" and BYPASS COSTS. Upon seeing the remote start installed I was highly dissatisfied. I felt cheated and confused as to why my remote start was not installed why I wasn't told about it and why I was charged such a high price for this piece of junk. I immediately called kenny when I saw this he said, it wasnt until after he finished installing it that he saw the remote start in my trunk. this is a matter of knowing your customer, every single time I went to kennys shop I brought my own parts to be installed. After my car was dropped off I had to call him and ask him about the mistake and he wasn't open honest and forthcoming about it. He charged me for a remote start that I would have never ever wanted to use or put in my car. I returned to kennys shop with a set of tail lights to be installed, they were the wrong pair and at this time he quoted me $200 to fix the mistake he made with the remote start, and I would need to come back another day. 1 month later I discussed this with my husband and he informed me to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back. Needless to say I am highly dissatisfied with the professionally, what was done to me, and how kenny does business. Horrible service. Had an appointment scheduled for 2 vehicles at 3:30 to have front two windows tinted on each. Dropped first one off at 3:15. Was told I would be called when it was done. At 4:50 I showed back up to see my truck hadn’t moved. Walked inside and noticed another car which wasn’t there prior was being tinted and I was told the tinter was on the road and hadn’t come back yet. Took my keys cancelled my appointment and left. Don’t go here. Unreliable. Poor customer service.

The people over at A1 custom. Are well rounded awesome people. They are very professional and have the best prices around. They did a awesome windshield installation on my 01 Dodge Ram. And took that extra step needed to make the job look oem original. Highly recommend them to anyone around. They come to you which is the best part about it. I can stay in the comfort of my own home

This review goes out for my dads car. He has a cobra that I just gifted him with tints from A1 custom. Although I have had numerous vehicles worked on with these guys I’ve never had a problem and was extremely impressed with this most recent job. I talked with the tech about tinting the cobra and he informed me that tints come in different variants not just percentage. I’m not extremely knowledgeable on the difference between the old style tints and ceramic tints but the guys over at a1 brought me up to speed and helped me understand the benefits of increased uv protection, glare reduction, and durability. Although it came with a higher price tag, I have used the company enough to trust their guidance and not second guess. They have yet to steer me wrong and whenever I needed a job done, they explained what’s need why it’s needed, and never pushed for a profit, ultimately leaving the choice up to me. I needed a windshield replacement, a screw fell off a truck and cracked my windshield. Kenny did an amazing job. He examined my car to ensure he would order the correct piece. He ordered the material immediately and I had my windshield fixed truly, ASAP. He was honest, hard working, and went above and beyond. He kept me updated throughout the way. Ken meticulously replaced my 2018 Highlander's windshield in about 1.25 hours on 6/6/2023. I called him with my VIN# and got a quote, the price is very reasonable. Since it is less than my deductible I didn't need to file a claim. He came to my house next day and I watched him do a VERY CLEAN & NEAT job like an artist.
