My wife was visiting our daughter in Nashville from Texas when she discovered her windshield had many cracks in it due to the ice/snow weather. After searching for auto glass businesses in the area I came upon AA Auto Glass, and I’m glad I did! E was able to schedule her in for their mobile service the next morning. The price was fair and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Excellent communication through the process such as: when the tech was on his way,10 minutes out, arrived, and completed job. BUYER BEWARE! These guys replaced the windshield on my Lexus and everything seemed fine. But the next day when I got inside the car for the first time I saw they left grease stains on one side and grease and torn fabric on the other (see photos). I called “E” and he said he’d have the owner call me, but I never heard back from anyone. This company is careless and doesn’t stand behind their work. Would 100% recommend! I had a crack in my windshield a few weeks ago and called Safelite out to come to do the repair. They were nice, and got the job done, but cost me $600. 3 days later, an impact of a rock broke my windshield a 2nd time. I wasn’t able to afford another $600 replacement. I reached out to several companies to see if they can give me a fair estimate. AA AutoGlass live chatted with me on their website, and showed up at noon the next day. They were nice and professional and got the job completed in an hour at a fair price. The technician even showed me that there was a broken piece on the latch of my car hood which either Safelite caused or neglected to tell me. I hope I don’t have to go through anymore glass replacements, but if I do, I will go to them every time. Thank you guys!

My windshield had been broken from the tornado back in early March. Each week it had gotten worse and worse. I had to wait for the stimulus check before I could replace it. I messaged Adam (the owner) at 11pm last night thinking I would receive a quote in the morning. He responded at 11:05pm! Right away! I told him I was embarking on a long road trip to see my family and he came in less than 24 hours! The repair only took 30-40 min tops and it looks great! Give him a call when you need your car windows/windshield replaced! Wow. What a nice job that AA Glass did on my son’s car windshield. E was my technician and he was very professional and polite w a lovely smile. He really went out of his way with getting the exact/correct windshield for my type of car even having to drive an extra hour to get it. Really went the extra mile to do the job correctly, it looks beautiful. Also, I called and they were at my son’s place within 2 hours! No more shattered windshield here. Thanks E and AA Auto glass. If you want it done right, just hire them to do it.

Highly recommend AA AutoGlass!! Would absolutely use again. The customer service and quality of service is top notch. We were in from out of town and there was a series of break ins at our hotel. Omar and his assistant came out on a Saturday morning after my desperate call and he not only replaced my car window but he did 2 other customers at the hotel as well!
