Wow, so impressed with this place. A great small business to support. I called several places, and Rob's price was very fair. He was knowledgeble and patient (even when I messed up my car specs, requiring him to re-order the glass...sorry about that!). He did the work quickly, accommodated my schedule, and pointed out some of the mistakes the previous installers made and which he corrected. I HAD THE REAR WINDOW OF MY TOYOTA EXPLODE FROM THE INSIDE WHILE PARKED OVERNIGHT. MY INSURANCE CONTACTED ROB AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS TO HAVE IT REPLACED. THEY DID NOT INFORM HIM THAT I NEEDED IT DONE AT MY HOME BUT WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT I COULDN'T DRIVE IT, HE MADE ADJUSTMENTS TO HIS SCHEDULE AND ARRIVED QUICKLY TO DO THE JOB. HE TRIED HIS BEST TO GET THE CORRODED WIPER ASSEMBLY TO FUNCTION WITH THE NEW WINDOW BUT IT WAS A LOST CAUSE DUE TO THE AGE OF THE CAR. I AM THANKFUL FOR THE TIME HE TOOK TO SAVE ME A FEW DOLLARS AS THE INSURANCE COMPANY WOULD NOT COVER THAT COST. HE ALSO WORKED TO FIND A PART TO MAKE THE WIPER ATTACH PROPERLY AND WAS ABLE TO FIND THAT PART. ROB WAS PROFESSIONAL AND VERY EFFICIENT WITH THE REPAIRS. My insurance company recommended Safelite but I’m not a fan of big chain as they don’t take pride in their work. I searched around and saw that ABC Auto glass had 5 stars with 80+ reviews which is unheard of. I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and flexibility. The gentlemen, presumably the owner, was easy to talk to and he got my windshield replaced in a timely manner. Most importantly, the quality was spot on. There’s a reason this man has 5 stars!!

Had an appointment scheduled for 1 pm, and he was right on time. Great customer service, and the shop was very clean. The whole process of replacing the windshield took about 1 hour, and they were willing to work with my insurance deductible. I just got this new car three weeks ago, but unfortunately the windshield was hit by the pebble and was chipped, so I was not happy. I browsed around the web for multiple auto windshield shops with a picture of my broken window, and only this store and a guy named Rob said that he could try to repair it first without replacing the whole thing, so I made an appointment with him and he was very nice to fix up my window very well (shown in picture). Rob does great work! I have no worries about my vehicles rusting because of poor workmanship during the glass replacement process like many other poor technicians out replacing glass as fast as they can,with no concern about quality. ABC glass is a quality glass company that cares about the customer and vehicle, the best glass company in Grand Rapids for sure! Poor glass replacement can lead to major rust problems down the road for your vehicle, don't take that chance, choose ABC glass instead.
