AC Autoglass Works

This review is so long overdue. About 3 years ago, my mother had given me Jay's number to make an appointment to have my windshield replaced. He came right out to my workplace and installed a new one. I was amazed that I didn't have to take time off of work to have it fixed and even more amazed that his price was so inexpensive and fair. Fast forward to the present. The company I work for has a fleet of commercial vehicles. I recommended AC Autoglass Works to the owner of my company because I knew Jay would do an amazing job and the owner would also be very pleased with his prices. Jay has come out twice now in the past year and a half to replace two of our fleet vehicles' windshields. The last time Jay had come out, he had mentioned that he also does car window tinting. Sooooo, guess who just got her windows tinted this past weekend?! I could not be any happier with the 4 experiences I have had now using AC Autoglass Works! I would never even think about using another company. Jay's attention to detail, professionalism and the complete fairness of his prices should be enough reason for you to check them out too. I drove around with a broken windshield on my truck for years. I wish I would have called Jay sooner. He gave the best price, and came to my work place to replace windshield. After calling 3 different companies to get quotes for the glass I needed, AC was the only one to respond. Jay was great!! He told me he could have my glass within a day and scheduled to come to my house for the install. Prompt, polite and efficient!! Great service! I would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend AC Auto Glass 100%. I can't say enough good things about these guys. I called Monday, got an appointment to drop my vehicle the next night and my car had a brand new windshield and was done early the next morning. The whole process was explained thoroughly to me. There is a reason why AC Autoglass Works has nothing but 5-star reviews: Because the owner and people who work there are honest, hard-working individuals who provide outstanding service for a very reasonable fee! My car was in the shop so I borrowed my nephew's wife's 2009 Volvo XC90. When I was driving on Route 80, a decent-sized pebble came flying out of nowhere and put a decent-sized chip in the windshield. I called my insurance company (Progressive). No help there, despite the fact that I am an "Emerald Member" with one minor claim in the more than decade I've been with them. I didn't want to put it through my nephew's and his wife's insurance because I didn't want to potentially raise their rates after they were so kind to let me use their car. So my nephew recommended AC Autoglass Works because he lives nearby, had used them previously and was very happy with their work. So I called them, even though other windshield repair companies were closer. Jay from AC Autoglass called me back right away. It was Noon on a Saturday and they are open until 2pm. I explained that I had borrowed my nephew's wife's car, etc., and Jay said, "We are really busy today but I understand your situation. If you come now, I'll fit you in before we close and you can have some peace-of-mind." So I drove 40-minutes from my home in Morris County to AC Autoglass, and I'm glad I did! Despite the fact that it was obvious that the crew was very busy, I had virtually no wait and Jay was working on my windshield in no time. I've had windshields repaired before but there was something almost "magical" with Jay's skill and work ethic. I could tell he cares deeply not only about his work but also about his customers, and that he has the experience and expertise to provide cost-effective repairs and outstanding customer service. In about 10 minutes, the windshield was repaired; if I didn't know that it had been chipped in that particular spot, I wouldn't have known it had been chipped at all! So I HIGHLY recommend AC Autoglass Works, and in particular, the gentleman named Jay who works there. I am certain you will be just as pleased with their services as I am!
