I want to thank Melissa for setting my appointment and keeping me informed on prices and options before I arrived. I arrived 30 min early and they got me right in. I was very pleased with the service and it was a friendly atmosphere. I will be going back for more service in the future. Thanks again for a job well done. And the price was excellent. And to the manager, I love the quote that you have hanging on the wall. U truly get what u pay for. I got excellent service and the product looks excellent!

They tech that came out and did my window did a wonderful job putting in my windshield. He was very understanding when there was a schedule misunderstanding and did his best to work around my schedule. They also offered to replace the door cap to the wind window because it was missing for free. Melissa in the office made sure that everything got done and that I was satisfied with the work I will be recommending them to other people

Jennifer was the best customer service representative I’ve ever came across! This woman made me feel like I was a VIP customer and let me remind you this was my 1st visit. She explained everything every step of the process and after scheduling my appointment, I didn’t want it to end. Lol I wanted more of her awesome personality. Person arrived on time and explained in detail about how will the chipped window will look like after the fix . I had two cars which had a decent enough chips(thanks to the road work that’s going around the valley) . He was courteous and fixed it in about 20-30 mins. After the fix I could see a tiny dot which will exist I guess and again it depends on the size of the damage. Overall I am satisfied with the service . This is cheaper than changing the entire wind shield.

I was referred to AGD by a good friend who had his windshield replaced by them and really liked them. So I called and spoke with Heather and she was very helpful answering all my questions and got me scheduled for later the same day. The technician who I apologize that I can’t recall his name came to my house was great. Even though I was his last install for the day and the sun had set shortly after he arrived he knocked it out in no time and did a great job. I highly recommend AGD for anyone who wants quality work done with quality products!

Saira with AGD provides fantastic customer service to me. She really cares about helping me and addressing my concerns. In my case, I do have a warranty company to cover the cost. She called them, got the requirement, follow up with parts supplier, figure out the logistics and eventually get the appointment for me within 1 day. I have personally called many other companies.
