Replaced my windshield but it didn’t have the top shade band like the factory one. Technician did a good job. Called them and I insisted they put in the correct one. Asked me why I didn’t look at it before installing. Really! They did at least agree to put in the correct one. Told them to make sure and look at it ahead of time. Technician showed up with wrong one man! Took them a total of four times to get it right. Good technicians working in cold weather. Can't say enough about their service. Left VM, sent in contact info on their website and within minutes had a response. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Provided what other glass shops could not and did it in a timely manner. The technician came to me and did the install quickly and neatly. Original replacement by them started leaking at the seals and the cars windshield wants to lift, called them up, no record that the work was done by them, 1 hour later on hold, found it, so i schedule warranty repair.. These people don't know their @$$h*le from their elbow. This is now the 3rd time rescheduling because of no shows or "showing up to the wrong address". The people running the phones are inept, or the driver can't read. They've completely lost my confidence, go somewhere else.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I would give it a five star if it wasn't for the mismatch between the office representative and the technician communication time which I was told would be between 7 and 7:30AM. Turned out to be 9AM to confirm a more definitive time to arrive at my location by the service tech. The tech was great and went right to work. I am absolutely disgusted by this place. Don’t go save yourself the time and aggravation and go somewhere else. My windshield was cracked on June 23 I called them June 24 they said because my windshield was on back order they couldn’t come and put it in until the sixth which I get because it was on back order however I got a call after rearranging my entire schedule work everything like that to be home so they can replace my glass I got a call at 8:30 in the morning take all your glass never showed up sorry call the office when you can I have been calling since July 7 to find out what in the hell is going on nobody ever returned your calls they barely ever answer the phone I’ve left two messages over the weekend because you can’t leave a message during the week because you get stuck on hold for the entire time. I keep calling the dealership they don’t have answers they tell me no you have to call the auto glass place for information in the auto glass place says I have no idea what’s going on you need to call the dealership so nobody knows what the hell they’re doing and now the crack in my windshield has grown over three more inches and we are going on a month of having broken glass and nobody can give me an answer.NegativePunctuality, Quality, ValueServicesAuto windshield replacement

I have been waiting for almost three weeks now for a replacement windshield. I have been told multiple times now that a technician will be here to help. They’ve rescheduled on me twice now. Today I am told that they will be able to install the windshield BUT won’t be able to calibrate the auto wipers/ lane detection etc until the following day. Then after requesting to have both done simultaneously I am finally given a date and window of between 11am and 6pm.I take the day off from work and at 6 pm I call the office to see where the tech is and I am told that he simply didn’t have time and they overbooked. I’m happy I’m spending money on a rental out of pocket and missing work to be there for techs that don’t show up. This is ridiculous, this company is a complete joke. But don’t worry they might be able to get to me in a few days now.ServicesAuto windshield replacement
