I set up a appointment to get my window replaced only for them to call me the morning of to tell they didn't have the glass that I ordered a week in advance I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company to anyone their unreliable and really just a waste of time The woman on the phone told me I should go to a strap yard or savage yard to find the window but that was the whole point of me calling them (to put the window in) so after that I just gave up with this company As I said previously I really wouldn't do business with this company it would be a complete waste of your time I don't know how they're even still in business the way they do their customers Go to another company do not deal with these people

On time but had trouble finding my location. Called ahead of time. Install was mostly good but the rubber liner was folded over and had to straighten it out myself. Main issue was the tech took my inspection sticker. I noticed after he left and I called him a few times and would not answer over the next couple of hours. After calling the company and then getting in touch, he claimed he didn't feel safe giving me the sticker and just sent me pictures after I asked for a return (I accepted the pics but they did nothing). Lost work time to go pay for new sticker. After addressing it with the company, they claimed they already looked into it and said the technician said it's against LA law to take it off and put it on the new windshield. 2 different stories
