Luke from aarons auto glass came out today to change the back window in my jeep after it shattered over the weekend. The team over at aarons were prompt and professional from start to finish. The office staff were more than happy to help me navigate the claims process and update me along the way with an ETA of the Tech. The tech came to my work and replaced the glass without me even having to come outside! Aarons has the fastest ETA to get this replaced and i would recommend them to anyone and will be using them for all my glass needs in the future!

I highly recommend this place for your windshield glass replacement. First off the initial interaction I had with Jill who handles the front and all booking appointments was phenomenal and she was very helpful with a lot of questions that I had. The technician actually did the entire job and recalibrated my camera system on my 2019 Subaru sport in less time than originally anticipated. I did my homework and research first on all the popular companies but was not comfortable with the reviews. If you review Aaron's window glass, you will see that they are five star and excellent at what they do. One more important part for me was they are members of the auto glass Safety Council and all of their technicians are AGSC certified. Wouldn't go anywhere else and I would certainly use them again.

Recently I had a rock come up off the road cracking my windshield. I contacted my good friends at Hiller Dodge in Marion and the service manager put me in touch with Jill at Aaron’s Auto Glass. I was quoted a price which was better than all the big glass companies. I received a call a few days before the appointment to confirm and another call when the technician, Jake, was on his way. Jake was very friendly and professional -- he took the time and care when removing and installing the new windshield. Excellent service! The work was carried out at the garage after dropping the car off for the day, which saved me the trouble of having to sit and wait for it to be done. The staff member was in contact with me throughout the day and scheduled the best time for me to come pick up the car after it was done. We did the walk around and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for your service of getting your windshield replaced or crack fixed.
