You probably can't see the Crack all that well but safelite said they couldn't fix my windshield due to a tiny bit of rust around the seal and also quoted me twice the amount of Abra AND made me pay in advance before even doing the service. Thankfully got a refund when they said they couldn't do it and called Abra who gave me a price, came out replaced my windshield without a problem. Let me know obviously with rust anything can happen but they did what they thought was best and did it no problem! Gentlemen was super nice and helpful. Will never go back to safelite again. Highly recommend Abra auto. Even calling to book the application, the lady on the phone was very helpful and nice. And can't beat the price at all!

Abra Glass consultant and the staff Jeremiah were extremely professional. Alone with the word professional comes with the characters of respect and honest details to their customers. I myself am a lady of color who have found it very disheartening dealing with vehicles repairmen in my area. I am please with Abra's respect and courtesy to are people in spite of skin tone! Ben was very professional came out to my house and explain how everything would work. He was very friendly and did a great job. My insurance company wanted to pick a company an hour away.
