This place I thought was a scam at 1st because I couldn’t believe the pricing! It was probably less than 50% of several places I checked & I looked for months. They were punctual, professional, and came out the next day and it was the eve of a major holiday also. I’m very satisfied with everything! While I hope to never have to replace a windshield again, if I had to I’d definitely use them! Thanks again!!

Excellent Service, Cost, and Communication I recently had to get my windshield replaced and I had a really good experience with Accuracy Auto Glass. From the moment I reached out, James was quick to respond to my inquiries and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the process, costs, and timeframes. The actual price was higher than the initial quote, however, that was due to the calibration requirements. The total was still less than other companies. The technician, Ronald, arrived on time and was very professional. He took great care in replacing my windshield, ensuring that everything was done correctly and efficiently. I really appreciated his willingness to answer any questions I had during the process, making me feel comfortable and informed. Overall, I recommend Accuracy Auto Glass for anyone in need of windshield replacement.

*edit* 2 years later - still no refund. These guys had the lowest price in the area (quoted $250-$300) so I gave them a call. Got my window fixed within 1 business day - the sub-contractors they used were quick and relatively clean - I had to take off the internal paneling and get out the glass they missed and clean out the latch so the door would close again, but no leaks or issues with the new glass 1 month later. However, the bill was $353+tax so a fair bit more than even the high end of what I was quoted which wasn't a very nice surprise. The owner offered me a $25 refund as an apology for that, but I never got it. Awesome job completed by the Accuracy Auto Glass. I received a solid gift on the highway and it cracked my front windshield, then I got another one a week later on the highway and it made my crack bigger due to the impact. So after digging around the web, I found the Accuracy Auto Glass and hoped for the best, since long ago I had my older car's windshield replaced but the quality of the windshield was so bad (lots of air bubbles within the glass) and I was a bit worried. But since this company had lots of good reviews so I decided to give it a try. I first spoke with Mr. Young for quote and schedule, then Mr. Brown came the next day to installed the windshield. Man, the glass maybe from the 3rd party, but the quality of the glass was the same as my original glass. In addition, Mr. Brown and Mr. Young were very friendly and the installation was done perfectly as well. Hopefully I won't get another lovely gift anytime soon (fingers crossed) but if I do, I now know who to call. Highly recommended 👍

I should have know from the start not to use their service. Cheap doesn’t always mean good. First of all my appointment was at 8:45. The guy showed up hour after. They damaged my vehicle and claimed it was like that when I brought it there. When brought this to the owner he immediately had a rude tone. The two men that worked on my car was very unprofessional. I’m not saying don’t use their service but if choose to make sure you take a before picture or video of your vehicle before they start working on your car. watch them work on your car while they work on your vehicle Because if they damaged your vehicle in the process of working on it they will deny it straight up in your face.

Communication regarding changes to my appointment time without updating me was the only issue I initially came across but my frustration was quickly rectified. (Great businessman!!!) My communication with Accuracy Auto Glass was very professional and they had the best rate I could find so I was initially a little skeptical... JD came and did a great and timely job on my 2012 Mazda 3! He was friendly, pleasant to talk to and left my car clean just like he found it... no glass or smear anywhere. I’ll definitely be recommending Accuracy whenever I see a cracked windshield. Thanks guys
