I'll start this off by saying, that the replacement windshield looks great. Although, my experience with customer service was very poor. No one answers the phone during normal business hours. Someone finally called me back after 2 days and then scolded me for not calling more. Dropped off vehicle and was scolded for being 30 minutes late. Ended up being charged much more than quoted due to, "rust prevention".

These guys were very thrilled to us by our insurance company to replace a cracked windshield. They had to order it from the mainland so it took a while to get here but once it got here the scheduling was easy and a two day job took one day. I would highly recommend using them for any of your auto glass needs as it was quick and easy.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Hard to imagine they get anyone to come in for business. Aloha spirit is non existent at this business. Don’t even waste your time considering using them. I called to get my Toyota Sienna in for a visual inspection, and got a date secured. The visual inspection went well. The guy that met with me was from O’ahu. He was very nice, explained processes and paperwork very well, and we sorted out insurance and deductible smoothly. A lady called me to schedule the drop off for the van. I made sure the van was clean and empty, as I was directed, and that it would be dropped off on time. And it was. After we arrived, they determined that they didn’t have everything they needed, and so we had to reschedule. On the phone, I was asked to drop off the van by 8am on the new date. And I did. The mechanic that was there was nice, and let me know that the lady who does paperwork wasn’t there yet. It was 8:36am when the lady arrived. I forgot my face mask, and so when the lady called me in, she reminded me, “I told you to wear a mask.” The mechanic offered me one, and I graciously accepted. They replaced the windshield and called us to pick up the next day. I am putting 3 stars because the job was done, but professionalism was inconsistent. I appreciated the kindness when I received them, but I do not appreciate being reprimanded. I didn’t question ANY of the times that they failed to do what they said, and I was cordial the entire time…and yet I was shamed for one thing. In addition, I am not sure what it is that they didn’t have on the first drop off day, but preparedness seems to be an area of improvement, as well as timeliness.

While it was hard to get an appointment any time soon, Lynne was very professional and secured an appointment for me after ordering the new glass from the mainland. I understand that there have been difficulties for this company due to covid, with staff shortages and delays. However, Lynne and her partner offer excellent service. My back window was perfectly installed and the rear windshield wiper put back into place and working. I am very grateful for this excellent service. Highly recommended. Thank you!
