Ace Auto Glass Maui

So far the gentleman employee at Ace Auto Glass Maui that took our call to have a new windshield replacement done was very helpful & attentive over the phone in assisting us with getting the scheduling done. He had great customer service skills, very clear communication skills as well. We came by the shop this afternoon to reconfirm & pay for our tomorrow's appointment. The technician that came to verify/inspect our minor cracked windshield had great customer service skills as well. We Thankyou in advance for all of your hard work & Aloha! Absolutely wonderful service! My car was broken into and window destroyed. Ace fixed it. Pia took care of everything (including looking around for used in addition to new options to save me money). I can’t say enough about her kindness and compassion. She turned a really stressful situation around, and got me back on the road. Excellent business! Went it to repair a small crack in my windshield (required to ship Young Brothers). Repair job was excellent, but YB said it still wasn't enough and I had to replace the windshield. Ace Auto Glass was kind enough to credit to cost of the repair when I returned to replace the whole windshield. Kind, courteous, and professional. So Ace Auto Glass denied replacing my windshield today and said they couldn't help me. I showed up for my 8am appointment and was told that I would have to pay the full amount of the replacement instead of just my $100 deductible as per my Allstate Insurance coverage and claim. Allstate had called me and told me Ace was one of their preferred shops but Ace says they are having "billing issues". I don't know what the difference between the $100 and the cost of replacement but they shouldn't try to have the customer shoulder the extra cost out pocket when they have 1st rate insurance. I'm sure they would have gotten reimbursed and they should look to help the customer. Will probably not recommend.

I am happy that Ace Auto Glass fixed the leak. They are excellent on communication. They make sure they are doing what you want them to do and confirming the information is correct. Five star on customer service. The price was not what I was expecting. So, I will see how long it will take for it to leak again because there are no guarantees which I do understand since they are not a body shop.

Great customer service and did what many other places couldn’t. They had my windshield in stock and got me on their schedule, the very next day. My safety and registration were expired for 6 months and because of them, I got everything taken care of, the same day.
