Had a chip in my windshield that I was concerned would spread. Ackerman Auto Glass was recommended to me by one of my coworkers. Called the number on the website, and since they provide a mobile service, Troy was at my location in about an hour and repaired my windshield in 15 minutes. Not only was I very satisfied with his professionalism and quality of work, but the fact that this is a mobile service made it extremely convenient for me. I highly recommend this company.

A rock chipped my windshield on the way into work. I called Ackerman Auto Glass after getting a quote from the national advertising glass firm. Troy was at my car later that same afternoon and did a terrific and professional job of fixing the chip in 30 minutes or less. It was great to work with a local company who stands behind their work. Called looking for a quote to remove a liquid/glue/adhesive coating I’d picked up behind a spray truck. I’d tried several types of cleaners and scrubs, but nothing removed it. Talked to the owner, who recommended that I use razor blades to scrape the windshield. It did the trick perfectly! You have to love owner/operator businesses. Mr. Ackerman offers a great service and takes pride in his business. Even if your insurance does not cover the repair (which mine does not) it is a fair price. He is very professional and I am usually in and out in less the 5 minutes!!! I highly recommend Ackerman Auto Glass!

Troy was responsive to emails and we very quickly scheduled a time for him to work on my cars. I had chips on two different windshields and he gave me a little discount since he only had to make one trip. It's nice to be able to patronize a local business. He does quality work, is very pleasant to deal with, and he charges a very fair rate. I also appreciate that he guarantees his work. I hope that I won't need his services again, but if I do I will certainly call on him rather than any of the big chains.
