Act Fast Auto Glass

I first called Act Fast about 2-1/2 years ago. They showed up at the scheduled time, replaced my very chipped & cracked windshield in my driveway! I loved it! About 2 months ago I noticed the rubber fitting atop the roof portion of my windshield where the molding separated from the car. I called Act Fast. They scheduled a time & came over & fixed it. When the technician was done, he called me at my apartment, upstairs from where he was, in the parking lot, & told me he was done. I asked how much I owed him; He told me "no charge." Wow! I was flabbergasted! He said that Act Fast stands by their work & considered it a warranty call. Nice people! I recommend them to all my friends! I had a crack in my windshield and needed a replacement. After calling four companies, two never got back to me, and the other two were way too expensive. Fast Act was the only one that responded promptly and offered a price that was half of what the others quoted. Their team was professional, kept me updated, and even came to my office for the installation. In just 30 minutes, my car had a brand-new windshield. Excellent service—highly recommend!

Went in today with a rock chip. Spent 20' there with Johnathon trying to repair what he thought was a particularly bad chip. After his work, he felt he had stopped the crack from propagating but wasn't confident enough to warranty the work - so no charge. I asked if he wanted something for the time he had put into it and nope, not unless he could warranty it. I'm impressed and will be back if the fix doesn't hold to have the full windshield replaced. They are easy to miss, they are next to the Subaru Guru folks across from Les Schwab south side of town.

I got a rock chip going over the pass that was getting bigger and called them right away. They were quick calling me back and had a repair person at my house within an hour of my conversation with them. Sean was great and advised letting the windshield dry overnight (it was raining and the chip had water in it) and met up with me the next day to repair it. He and Chad were so professional and friendly and made the process so easy! They were done in under 20 min:). I didn’t take a picture of it before the repair, but I should have because the difference is amazing!

I have always been a fan of Act Fast Auto Glass. I worked for a service center and they would always come and do several windshields at the lot. They were fast, clean, and efficient. So I decided to use them on my personal cars. Well 7 years later they are still great to use. They installed a new windshield in my superduty 3 days ago and as USUAL NO ISSUES!
