Action Auto Glass

Around a year ago someone attempted to steal my vehicle. If it wasn't for the chip in my key - they would have succeeded. This of course lead to a costly replacement of my steering column and new chipped keys. Which in turn left little money to replace the driver side rear window - let alone repair the door frame which the thieves badly bent up to break in. Priorities. Right? I had called several big names in the auto glass industry to be quoted big sums of money. So I put it off. And off. And off.... A few weeks ago someone got into my vehicle again (let's be honest, missing a window is close enough to an invitation to these kids)! So I resumed my search for a window. I got the same issue over and over. Big dollars and a week or two wait. As I was about to give up, I decided one last phone call. I called Action Auto Glass. Not only was the conversation pleasant (to be fair, I am a nice guy and often treated well because if that), he knew what he was talking about. If that wasn't good enough, their ask was substantially more reasonable! I pulled the trigger. Great customer service. Respectable price. It was worth a shot. The day has come. My window has been delivered. I arrive just before my appointment. They quickly got my jeep into the bay and started working on it. As I waited, the guy I originally spoke with over the phone is humoring me in idle chatter. But what really stood out was the fact he was just as pleasant and knowledgeable over the phone to multiple callers. Turns out it wasn't just because I'm a nice guy. While there I met the owner - he is a dedicated business owner with a work ethic that rivals my own. I occasionally watched the technicians work. Their skill was obvious by the ease of which they handled the job. I looked over the new window before driving away. They did a great job! All around great experience. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in need of a glass repair. Next step. Finding someone just as amazing to do body work on the same point of entry.

Update 2022: I went to get a second windshield replaced and the customer service was not very friendly. They claimed they didn't have any paperwork from my insurance company, and the insurance company said they sent it. The friendly staff may have left. Switched to another company no problems at all. Original review: Excellent service, the owner Lloyd was able to get me in and get the right glass installed. Previously tried a national chain which scheduled me and then had the wrong windshield, Action Auto Glass got it right and had great prices.

Called to set up an apt for a windshield replacement. The guy on the phone needs some serious help with his phone skills and customer service training.. I was planning on using there service but after hurrying me off the phone and not being pleased that i didn't know what kind of windshield I had, then taking another call without letting me ask any other questions. Great job on losing a customer, and hopefully other people see this and your lack of business acumen.

I have my windshield replaced in my Yukon by action Auto Glass and I have to say they did an excellent job very professional and very fast and I couldn't be happier the staff was extremely friendly was expecting me and they did a wonderful job they were even able to save my state patrol sticker on my windshield and put it on my new one and that meant a lot to me and they really went far and beyond and took care of all the little things that most people don't notice but I did thank you very much action did a great job

Had a 6-7 inch crack on my windshield that occurred early on a Tuesday morning. Called Action Auto Glass and spoke to KC after filing an insurance claim through State Farm. He was able to not only look up the information for the parts needed immediately but set up an appointment first thing the next morning to get me taken care of. The team was incredibly kind and welcoming and explained the breakdown of how long it would take to repair, some recommendations of things to do while I was waiting, and even got it done quicker than originally quoted. This shop was efficient, knowledgeable, helpful, and kind! I love supporting local businesses. And these guys were great. They had my window replaced quickly, and it was easy to schedule. My insurance paid for it, and the whole process was seamless. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I was able to use my laptop and get some work done while I waited. They had a few snacks and water for clients, too. I highly recommend them!
