Always fast, efficiant and faithful to their promises!!! Price is always as stated (possibly better) in ALL cases. Tim and Cody are very, very good at what they do. Loyd is a blessed man to have such an awesome shop! My brother needed a windshield... fast! It was on my recommendation to use Action for a second time. Ordered it on a Saturday, installed it by Monday. Of course the quoted pricing was clear and exact. He was in at 10am and out by 11am! Thank you Action team!

Update 2022: I went to get a second windshield replaced and the customer service was not very friendly. They claimed they didn't have any paperwork from my insurance company, and the insurance company said they sent it. The friendly staff may have left. Switched to another company no problems at all. Original review: Excellent service, the owner Lloyd was able to get me in and get the right glass installed. Previously tried a national chain which scheduled me and then had the wrong windshield, Action Auto Glass got it right and had great prices.

I have my windshield replaced in my Yukon by action Auto Glass and I have to say they did an excellent job very professional and very fast and I couldn't be happier the staff was extremely friendly was expecting me and they did a wonderful job they were even able to save my state patrol sticker on my windshield and put it on my new one and that meant a lot to me and they really went far and beyond and took care of all the little things that most people don't notice but I did thank you very much action did a great job

Called to set up an apt for a windshield replacement. The guy on the phone needs some serious help with his phone skills and customer service training.. I was planning on using there service but after hurrying me off the phone and not being pleased that i didn't know what kind of windshield I had, then taking another call without letting me ask any other questions. Great job on losing a customer, and hopefully other people see this and your lack of business acumen.

BEWARE! The owner and his friend stole from me. They purchased a rear window, and when it arrived, they filed a credit card dispute, and received a refund. I run a small business, and it’s deplorable to see this behavior from another business. So if you want free glass, just have them install and call your credit card company and dispute the charge, because that is how they conduct business. They are thieves and should not be trusted.

Today I got into an accident where my windshield, windshield wipers, and my passenger mirror were affected. I knew with the storm coming I'd need to have my windshield taken care of quickly so I immediately got in touch with Action Auto Glass. I was able to have my windshield replaced - same day - and within a couple of hours after this accident occurred. These guys were incredibly nice, their customer service was fantastic as they went above and beyond to help me replace my windshield wiper blades and put my passenger mirror back on at no additional charge (I did buy the wiper blades with the intention of putting them on myself but they went ahead and did it for me). I'd give them 10 stars if I was able. Thank you guys SO much for helping me out and making this process practically stress free - keep up the excellent service!
