Affinity Auto Glass of the Carolina's

We did not get a chance to do business with Affinity. I called from out of state the first week of school to get help for my kid whose car had been broken into. The man who answered the phone was irritated when he answered. I explained the situation and had questions. He had no patience at all with my questions. Spoke to me quite rudely and condescendingly. I told him I would find another option and called another local installer. He could not have been nicer. The other dealer answered my questions and has my service scheduled in the same call. Pretty simple with some common courtesy.

I shopped around for prices to replace my windshield, OEM replacement would have been about 8-900, using a highly advertised company would have been about 270 plus 30 more if I wanted the mobile service, I took it to Affinity and had it replaced for 180, I waited a few days to write this review to see if the rain sensor is working, it is working exactly as it is supposed to and therefore I am very very pleased with the price and the service. Whenever the next truck throws a rock and ruins my windshield, I will not waste time calling around, I'll go directly to Affinity for the repair! Thanks for great service!

Can't say enough good things about Affinity , best prices in town and you won't regret going here. My windshield was damaged and I decided to call around for quotes their prices blew everyone else out the water and the quality of the installation plus the time it took was more than expected for such a great price. UPDATE Jan 2024: This is my 3rd windshield replacement by Affinity (3 different vehicles). I'll always give this gentleman my business. There was a tiny paint chip at the top of the windshield which was the fault of the previous install (done by the previous owner of my vehicle, at some other shop). Affinity paid for a matching color touch-up pen to be mailed to my home, at their expense. Amazing integrity! 2019: This is an honest man, doing an excellent job, with good materials at a price that can't be beat! He gave meticulous attention to every detail of the installation. And, if you'll ask him, he'll tell you why he is the kind of man that he is. You'll be blessed for it.

Something hit my windshield one day last week, and splintered the glass. The crack went about 6 inches across the passenger side so it needed to be replaced. I called Affinity, and he worked with my schedule and made an appointment for Wednesday morning. On the way to work Tuesday, the crack started inching toward the driver's side. I called Affinity, and he was able to get me in that afternoon. I couldn't have asked for better customer service, and my new windshield is great. I would highly recommend using Affinity Auto Glass.

I checked with several auto glass repair shops before I decided on Affinity. I Contacted Affinity Glass Saturday 10/21 for an Estimate on a windshield replacement. I met the Tech at the shop at 9:00 A and he advised on a replacement too. The crack was too long for a fix with a bonding process. He had the best quote of several in the area. He ordered the Original Factory windshield on Tues because he had to coordinate with my insurance co first for approval. He had it installed by 2;00 P Thursday, no excuses or fairytales as to why it wasn't like he promised on day one. I was very pleased with the service from start to finish, quick, accurate, and professional. I even got a lifetime warranty on the windshield, glad it was not an aftermarket special. I don't like being told one thing and having something different actually happen with excuses. This company was all about customer service, didn't act like I was lucky they allowed me to come by for a quote. LOL I will be back if I ever have any future windshield needs. These folks surpassed my expectations.
