I gave a one star due to my experience months ago. I brought in a 1989 Ford Thunderbird for a windshield replacement. I sat in their front room until they were finished. After receiving my keys I returned to my vehicle. I sat down and I immediately noticed my damaged dashboard. I returned and talked to the owner. I was told they documented the damage before they worked on my vehicle and showed me a work sheet of them documenting the damage. I located a video on my camera roll days prior of it undamaged and was told the video was too blurry. I shortly returned with better videos and photographs days before and the owner offered to resolve the issue and would give me a $130 check to get a dash cover. It did not even include the shipping or possible installation. I did not appreciate being lied to so they could cover their ass and lowballed me when I called them out with evidence. I will never bring any future vehicles here or recommend this establishment to any friends. I showed this photograph to other windshield installers and was told it appeared they cut the dash when removing the windshield. I understand the vehicle is older and the owner stated the dash of old vehicles are more prone to damage. However I expect them to give me my vehicle as I brought it in. This vehicle only has 79k miles and was mostly garage kept by an older lady.

Called on Friday, Staci got me in that following Monday. Was there less than 30 minutes to have three chips in my windshield fixed. She was even knowledgeable about my insurance and what it would cover. It was pretty easy and effortless on my part. When time comes, I'll be returning for future services for sure.

Affordable Auto Glass did an excellent job of fixing my moon roof. They found a replacement quickly and were able to work me into getting it fixed in just a few days. They have also repaired a few windshield chips and have always been professional and quick with their service. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent customer service, they were quick on getting me in and my windshield replaced. I would highly recommend them. I have one of those windshield that had to be recalibrated with the sensors in my car and they were able to do that and now they all work better than they did when I first bought my car.
