Most unprofessional auto business I have ever dealt with. Called about a windshield replacement and spoke with Anna, said her husband would call back that day. Never did, waited and called back a second time and spoke with Anna again. She said he would call me back that afternoon, again, never did. Had to reach out to some automobile friends and they called him and he called me the next day. We spoke and set up a day to do the job. He recommended some parts for the job and I ordered them. The day of the call back came and went, with no call. Wife was home waiting on the appoint day and no call no show.

Support small business in the Hudson Valley. I needed a passenger side window for a 2005 GMC pick up truck replaced. I called gave them the vin # , I was given a fair price in 3 hrs. The price was extremely lower than the national auto glass business quote. Made an appointment , I met the owner , who was truly professional, did the replacement in 25 minutes. Extremely clean and organized. Truly business done the old fashion way, phone call, quote, professional installation, satisfied customer. No internet, no looking up the price and window on your own.

This is a husband and wife team. They are excellent! They dealt with my insurance company, they showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. They even took the extra time to clear out a squirrel's nest that was in the wiper motor area. They easily could have blown that off. Plus one for another hard working small business!

Huge shoutout. Gave them a call to get a price to replace my windshield because I thought the seal on the windshield was leaking. The women on the phone advised me that she has seen seam sealer crack under the molding of the car and to check that first, and luckily enough she was 100% right and now my issue is fixed. They could have easily just made a sale but instead decided to be honest and I’m truly grateful as there are not many businesses like that around anymore. I will definitely recommend you guys and will use y’all for any future glass needs. Thank you and have a great holiday season

I would highly recommend Affordable Auto glass to anyone. Anna and I played telephone tag for a bit but she returned each of my calls. I set up the appointment and at last minute had to change it and she was so understanding and accommodating and just a very pleasant person. They they got to my house at the time they said they would and we’re done in 30 minutes ish. My new windshield is a site for sore eyes and thank you. Ana and Gregg are the best! Brought my own rear truck glass and they said would install but would like to see first. Turns out the glass was poor quality and they were super knowledgeable and pointed out potential issues. Who wants a like new truck leaking like a sive. They ended up installing an oem window super quick turn and excellent job. They go out of their way to make you a happy customer!!!! They are husband and wife team who are passionate about their business.!!!!!
