Affordable Auto Glass

Made an appt and waited for them to show up. I called a few mins after my appt time to see if they were coming. The young girl put me on hold for a couple of minutes to tell me she didnt see me on the schedule and that she would call the gentleman I originally spoke to and see what was going on. She took my number and I waited.........and waited.....and waited. No return call. Worst customer service ever. Was able to get a replacement the next day at S and S Auto Glass. Quick, pleasant service there.

My sister and I both spoke with someone yesterday morning about getting both of our car windshields fixed. Since he told us they would do our windshields for $50 each. He took her name and number and said he had to call his tech and he’d call back. We waited almost 2 hours and didn’t receive a phone call. So, we drove over to the place. It’s an apartment building and nobody lives there. When we got to the address they have listed on their website, we called and they forwarded the calls. We tried calling again, and it said the line was disconnected. I wish there was a no star rating.
