I can’t say enough good things about Eddie at Affordable Windshields! My 2017 Ford Explorer Limited had a windshield leak and faulty A-pillars, which are part of a current Ford recall. Eddie replaced the windshield and addressed the defective A-pillars. Unfortunately, the replacement A-pillar covers came off within a couple of days, but Eddie was on top of it. He contacted his supplier, fought to get new parts, and despite being given a hard time and not reimbursed for the defective parts, he replaced them without charging me a dime. Throughout the entire process, Eddie was transparent, showing me issues I wasn’t even aware of, like my previously replaced windshield. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. I just got my truck back, and everything looks great so far. If you’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Eddie at Affordable Windshields is your guy! He goes above and beyond to assist he came at a time When I really needed help due to criminal mischief my windows were shot out.
