David was very professional! My car was broken into in april due to the whole tiktok trend kia’s & hyundai’s, and I was affected by this! David saved the day for me after 2 long months of no window due to the breakin! He was very fast, very communicative and very professional!! He came to me!! David was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to my inquiry and super knowledgeable. I appreciate how precise he was & how he made sure to educate me during the servicing and afterwards to help ensure I don't have the issue again. My son-in-laws window got broken out while in San Antonio at a conference the morning coming back to the Dallas area. I called All Around Auto Glass and got an immediate answer and quote. I was concerned about scheduling and timing since he would not be back in the area until around 3:00 pm, but David (the owner) gave me a quote and scheduled the repair for that time! The quote was fair and the professionalism was awesome! He showed up 5 minutes early and completed the job (rear passenger window) in less than 30 minutes! He even vacuumed the broken glass out of the grass.....who would even do that LOL! I highly recommend him!

After calling a couple of other locations on a Saturday morning and getting no response, David answered immediately. I told him what I would need, and he said he would give me a call back with an estimate. Five minutes later, he called me back and had researched the job he would be doing. He was able to provide an estimate and offer same day service. He and his teammate came to my home a few hours later and replaced both of my front window regulators. David was very friendly and willing to do whatever I was comfortable with. Price was a chunk, but it was money well spent for the excellent service.
