Didn't remove tape around window didn't vacuum up glass would have been better off paying safelite extra 5 dollars they would have e cleaned up instead of spending 20 dollars at car wash

They like to call people liars when they come in to get their windshield fixed, like its any of their business what broke the windshield in the first place. Ridiculously rude customer service. I do not recommend this business, go literally anywhere else in town.NegativeProfessionalism, Value

Very insulting and not professional at all. We went in because our window was leaking and tried to show them where it was leaking from. The person working wouldn't give us the time of day to even listen to us and flat out refused to help us.NegativeProfessionalism

They filled a chip in my windshield next day it spread. I told them and asked them about it and they said they could not guarantee their work. They told me to bring back and they were looked at my windshield and they said that there was nothing they could do about the windshield spreading so they are not gonna stand behind their windshield. So now my windshield is cracking more and more every day from a chip that was filled by them.
