Okay so lets explain MY experience with this company. Communication - god awful. They will tell you time for a morning appointment and then show up 8hours later from the promised time The first time they showed up and replaced the glass they ended up scratching the glass and having to delay us once again. We had to personally call them to get updates on when someone would show up. Sure glass was replaced and they eventually got the job done, but the way you treat your customers and communicate says a lot. Id suggest just spending a little more money and finding a more reputable place. I hope others dont have experience what i went through, maybe this was a mistake, i understand we are all human. But the lady on the phone seemed to not really care at all and they only care about their money and complete disregards the inconvenience they put us through.

I shopped around after someone damaged my windshield. This place was No Nonsense, they got me in immediately, and had the lowest price. The technicians were well trained and very professional. I never get my vehicles back from anywhere where I don't have to fix trim or tighten a random screw or adjust something. It's hard for a mechanic to bring his vehicle to somebody else but I would bring any of my vehicles here for my glass needs.Hands down, the best glass shop you can go to in the valley.

Hands down the best mobile service I’ve ever received. And not to mention the most affordable I mean this is right after Christmas and my wife needed her windshield replaced and we were going back n forth with our insurance who didn’t want to cover so we had to pay outta pocket and we had 3 quotes from local glass places all of them were in the 400’s and I came across a social media post and contacted all star and from the first 2 minutes he had me not only with the price but also traveled to mount Carmel pa wich is a 2 hr ride and as promised they showed up on time and got right to work and had my wife’s old windshield out and replaced with new windshield in about 30 minutes! Had windshield replaced by two young guys, barely spoke English. One of them damaged the cowl in my car. I say one because the other said he didnt work on that area of my car. Luckily I saw the damage before they left. They acted as if they didn't know how it happened and one tried to glue pieces of it back together. After they left I called the company and they had the same two guys come back and take pictures of the damage. I was told by whoever answered the phone that someone would get back to me shortly. . I had to call the company several times over several days before i actually spoke to the person that said they'd replace the cowl. He just had to order it and would call me when it came in. Fast forward 4 days later I see on my ring camera that the same two guys came back to my house in their white van. No appointment was scheduled or planned. No messages left on my phone to say someone was coming by.. One of the guys tried to open my car door after ringing my doorbell!! While I was not home!! What kind of shady unprofessional business is going here. You never show up at a clients home unplanned and try to open their car!!

All Star Auto Glass is fantastic! I needed a windshield for my Honda Civic. The quote they gave me was cheaper than any other business in the area. Also they came to my house the very next day to install the windshield. The techs were really nice and it only took them 30 minute's to do the job. Absolutely the best. Amazing customer service. They even came from Allentown over 1 hour south to my work to do the windshield replacement. Super quick and clean. They even saved our inspection stickers (which was where the main damage was)! And the price was WAYYYY cheaper than SafeLite.
