They were great. They did an excellent job with my windshield. They were fast, affordable and friendly service. Here’s a pic of what my windshield looked like before they fixed it. I’m going to add a pic of what it looks like after in a bit when I’m at my car. They vacuumed up all the broken glass on the inside of my car and also gave me vouchers for free car washes which I have to mail in. Thanks!

Would not recommend. I need my rear passenger door window replaced after having it smashed in. I called a lot of places for quotes, this was not the lowest price or closest location but they did have a sooner appointment time. I was quoted for a tinted window and appointment was confirmed. I show, was told the wait was 2 hours till it’d be ready. Then I get a call 1 hour after dropping it off to tell me that they do not have the tinted window for my car after all and if I wanted the tinted window i’d have to make another appointment for a different day. I ask if it is cheaper for the non tint window at least and i get told it’s the same price regardless. They didn’t seem to care that they wasted my time, gas, or understand the urgency of the situation. The only positive was that they removed the glass debris and recovered my window with plastic before handing me back the keys.

I used this location of All Star Auto Glass two years ago, and it was pretty good. But it has deteriorated; you can no longer be called All Star, you wouldn't even qualify for the league. I'm paying you around $400 for a simple glass replacement, yet I receive my car back in a dirty condition. The general American culture: 'We're sorry.' It's not that simple! If you want to be an All Star, you need to work more carefully and meticulously next time. It's easy to apologize after something goes wrong ----------------------------------------------5/23/2025-----------------------------------------I saw your response, but I'm not in Seattle very often, and there’s nothing you could’ve done about the cleaning—I already cleaned it myself. As I mentioned before, I don’t stay in Seattle much and I don’t use the car frequently. Today, I noticed that the trim near the window is broken and was poorly replaced with something makeshift. Honestly, I don’t even know what to say. If I had done it myself, I would’ve done a better job. I’ve attached a photo

EDIT: Tom the owner, and Greg both called me at the start of the following Monday after my windows were completed. They were very sympathetic of the situation and very thoroughly explained why everything went the way it did. Unfortunately Covid is still playing a big part in delaying manufacturing and deliveries of important parts. This I totally understand and appreciate the insight Tom and Greg gave me. They were extremely professional and friendly. Due to the unexpected delays though, they helped me very generously. I was very happy with how they treated me at this point and would honestly go back to All Star if I ever needed. I had my vehicle broken into over the Memorial weekend and called All Star as soon as they were open (Tuesday). They said they could get to me Wednesday. This was the quickest anybody could get me service. Safelite told me $499 for both windows but could not get to me until Friday. All Star quoted over $600, but I was semi fine with that due to the speed at which they could apparently fix my windows. Come Wednesday, they expected to show up from 8-12, and actually arrived closer to 12:30. After nearly 2 hours, I checked with the tech just to see where we were. He told me he got the wrong parts, and my second window could not be fixed that day. They had to order the parts again, promising to come out Thursday. After having to plastic wrap my 2nd window and try to get to my office with some time left in the day, I quickly realized there was still glass inside my driver door (the only window fixed so far), all over the floor, and in my seats. I then also could not start my car, so had to get a jump from someone passing by luckily. When heading to the office, I had to stop on the side of the freeway to fix the plastic wrap on the passenger window. This is where I found out my driver door handle and lock were not working. I called and they told me they could have someone come fix it Thursday, but had to wait until Saturday for the second window since they had to re-order again. And reduced my total price by $50. So really $30 off the labor of the first window, and $20 off the total after tax. This did not seem too appealing since I now had to wait longer than Safelite and received a poor quality job. Thursday, the driver door glass was cleaned out, and the handle/lock was fixed. So after that, I waited till Saturday and called at 11:40 to figure out if they were coming still. I was told the techs would arrive before 1. This time I got a dispatcher, JD on the phone. Unfortunately he did not have any knowledge of the situation here and did not seem interested at all based on the last few days of waiting and incorrect parts. JD apologized for the inconveniences, but became very annoyed when I was asking about the quote after everything and wanting to see why I'm paying so much more than other companies when I received non-optimal service. When looking for my original price and going over the $50 discount, he hung up on me and did not remember where we left off when I called back less than a minute later. After this, I felt I had to express my thoughts on the service and was in disagreement on the price. JD then became very direct and stated "since I don't know how to please you, I'll have Greg (the lead dispatcher, and was always very nice) give you a call, goodbye". Even though I asked if there was a manager I could speak to on the matter he directs this back to dispatch and hung up on me again. There was a lot more said in the conversation with JD, but I don't want to write an additional 2-3 paragraphs. For yours and my own sake. This is already pretty long. But I hope it helps reflect the service.PositiveQuality, ProfessionalismServicesAuto side window replacement

I was pleased that they were willing to work on my old van, since most places didn't want to deal with it. They did a good job with the windshield as far as I can tell. But they didn't clean up after themselves. There was dried up pieces of what I assume was the adhesive that held in the old windshield in various places inside. And black goop is stuck to various spots on the inside of the car, including the carpet. When I pointed this out to the employee, he tried to clean it off but couldn't. He said he'd have someone call me the next day to deal with it. That never happened. They also removed a bracket for my dash cam and when I asked about it, it took them 15 minutes to find it in their shop. This never should have been taken out of my van. So, I appreciate the work they did. But there are some serious issues with this shop. -- Edited. I gave them two stars since as far as I can tell, the work they did was ok, even if they didn't clean up after themselves. But today I went to re-install my dash cam bracket, and when I touched what I thought was leftover adhesive, it turns out it was broken glass. It cut my finger. Now, I feel pretty dumb for thinking the glass was adhesive. But All-star auto glass should not have given me the bracket back with broken glass attached to it! This is a serious hazard and now I'm literally bleeding. A professional shop would have cleaned up after themselves, and if not replaced the dash cam on the new windshield, at least remove the broken glass and leave it in the van. The owner, Tom, responded asking me to bring the van back. I have no desire to ever go back there. One star.

TL;DR - Go somewhere else if you want it done right and have better customer service. They quoted me wrong twice. First on my front windshield which I thought I might’ve heard wrong so I paid and then again a second time for the rear window. I knew the second time it wasn’t me and they are just trying to charge more than originally promised. I complain and they instantly said they would take $50 off (because I called them out on it) even though the original quote was $100 less. They called me on my way in to my early AM appointment to say the window was scratched and they had to push back the appointment. I told them I was already on my way and I’d take the window at a discount and then the said it was fine.. “rubbed out”… It would just take longer.. probably didn’t have the glass yet though is my guess. They installed the wrong rear window glass after telling me it had defrost and it didn’t. Cut my wires to my defrost and rear wiper motor.. including my water tubes for the wiper that run through the frame to the engine. I immediately pointed it out to the owner or GM. He said they would replace it with no charge and also track down the right window. Then this other manager Thomas who had no people skills and bad attitude the whole time moving forward called and told me they wouldn’t get the window for me and I had to go to another glass shop or track it down myself. I did that easily with the help of NOVUS Glass. Shouldn’t went there in the first place. NOVUS tracked down the window in a matter of hours. The GM guy from All Star gave me his card when I first noticed the damage and wrong window and I tried calling and leaving messages with him multiple times but he never replied even though the bad attitude manager Thomas seemed to be getting the messages. Yet Thomas denied the cutting of the wires when it was clear that they did. Made me feel like I did something wrong after paying $500 for an hour of their time and a bad job. They gave me a refund after a week of back and forth but it has only cost me more money get the other glass and all this labor to rewire it correctly. $300 for the window and over $500+ for ongoing labor and parts trying to get it back to normal. Super unhappy with this place. They cost me double and a lot more time than if I went to NOVUS at first. I just wanted to share this story because I had my rare 1993 2-door blazer left in a worse condition and I was treated poorly after they did the costly mistake to my vehicle plus lied about actually doing the damage, giving me a misleading quote twice plus trying to pin the damage on me. The manager who handled my problem should take a class on how to problem solve or get demoted. He made the problem 10X worse by not owning it and not making it right after making a clear mistake.ServicesAuto rear window replacement, Auto windshield replacement
