I called around many of auto glass repair. Let me tell you it was a hassle and hard to find. Most auto glass repair shops wanted me to take my car in. Ambrosia Mobile auto glass is mobile which is plus. Along with the fast ordering and good communication with how long my glass was going to take to get and scheduled. We commend Misty and Jason of Ambrosio's Auto Glass for outstanding responsiveness and service around replacing our Highlander windshield. A flying rock landed on our windshield while traveling the Queen's Hwy. Ambrosio's came highly recommended by our dealer and other auto repair and service businesses in Kona where we live. Misty's ultra timely and knowledgeable communications gave us confidence to make the drive over to Hilo on the other side of our island. Jason's excellent craftsmanship got us on our way with a new sparkling clean, computer calibrated Toyota safety sense windshield by early afternoon. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I have had in the 13 years of life on the Big Island. I called 4 different auto glass repair companies when my back window blew out on my Jeep Gladiator. It was rather emotional and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. Only one other company returned my email, but never followed up. Within 3 days, Ambrosio's had the glass and did the installation. The owner's wife dropped me off at my office, then picked me back up. Being family owned was a real plus as I/we didn't get caught up in all the corporate stuff. And, I appreciated and supported their support of a friend with a serious illness. (I donated to the cause, and got a homemade pumpkin pie. That wasn't necessary, but appreciated!) This is the ONLY company I will go to if I EVER need auto glass replacement. :-)))))))

As a customer I would say Ambrosia auto glass is about Ohana being there in the time of need. I didn't know how we would replace the window on our Honda Odyssey van's side sliding door. I went thru days of calling places that never returned my calls. I even drove up to shops that took my info & never called back. Misty was different. She was not only highly responsive but Ambrosio's worked with Geico so that we only paid a deductible even though the glass had to be shipped in from the mainland.The actual replacement only took a little bit more than an hour. Ambrosio auto glass was amazing! My windshield got shattered and misty was so extremely helpful every step of the way! My insurance was being super difficult and she fought them tooth n nail, i appriciate all her hard work..Her son was so sweet and gave me a ride to town while my car got worked on...this family owned business is the best in the biz! Professionals all the way through! Don't go with anyone else, I drove all way from kona just to get it done by them...thank you Ambrosio ohana!
