I wish i could give them zero star. First of all name business name is KB motor inc.(big scamming place) After accident my car was stayed at home because i couldn't find best place to fix it because everyone trying to look money nobody was thinking to fix my car when i found them I told them in every single meeting this is not my car its for my family my kids will use it so please please make sure you fix it proper way not like micky mouse work About money I had small accident just bumber hood and fender and light needs to replace they made estimate more than 7 thousands and got the check from insurance took more than 1 month to give my car back. after giving my car bacj after 20 days they send another estimate to insure around 1 thousand they got another check. In thr beginning they told they will keep estimate under my car value which was 12k so they tried to get money as much as they can. I informed my insurance adjuster he didn't surprise he seemed like he was also involved in this scam. About repairing Few days ago i got engin light and become bad oxygen sensor due to coolant bottle was empty. While fix my car i found their huge scam, what they replace? Nothing except hood All big and small parts was repaired with glue they didn't put anything new or diffrent part i found black glue on all damaged parts. They told radiator damage needs to replace Headlight will replace Fender will replace Coolant bottle will replace Bottom splash shield will replace Hood lock will replace Bumper will replace Nothing is new or diffrent they put same parts with glue. Only putting glue on parts they charged 8k What they told while giving my car back? Don't keep this car anymore try to sell it as soon as possible will not last longer, my car have only 76k miles. I am thinking to contact lawyer and will send me car to another body shop for post inspection Now its your choice if you go to this scamming place or will see someone who really does perfect job.
