Recommend Anytime Auto Glass again and again. I found them yesterday after 4 other local and big glass companies were gonna charge me 120-200 dollars to repair a chip size of grain of rice in the windshield. Price was SO reasonable and had the option to come to me but I chose to go into the shop. Super nice staff, great family business. You can't even tell where the chip was they're so good AND they vacuumed the car!!!! I was gonna clean it on my day off but they went above what I went there for. Awesome service. Will only be calling Anytime Auto Glass for any future needs

This was my second time using Anytime Auto Glass and I can not say enough nice things about these people! The first time, I called about a 2008 Sequoia and they were at my house within 2 days and did a full replacement! This time I had a small chip in my 2025 Pathfinder front windshield. I was driving when I noticed it, so I swung by the shop on a whim (covered in bugs from a road trip that previous weekend). They took me right away, were very accommodating, gave me a complimentary can of glass cleaner (after cleaning my windshield), AND being that they 100% support the military, did the repair for free! (We are an active duty USCG Family). Both the woman at the front desk and the gentleman who did the repair were pleasantly engaging and a total joy to meet. Thank you Anytime Auto Glass for being you!!!

Highly disappointed. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. I called to schedule my windshield replacement and was given a quote. After rescheduling 2 times due to weather, which is fine, it was confirmed for a Friday at 1. When I called to ask where they were they were at 1:20 because I had not heard from them the lady told me I was next on the list and it shouldn’t be to long. But also said they should have told me a timeframe between 1-3. At 3:20 someone knocked on my door. He said they were running behind and the lady should have called me, again lack of communication. I allowed them to do the windshield repair. They never asked to drive my car, mind you is a 2023 Jeep grand Cherokee so I have censors and mirror censors. He said it was all good and calibrated. I questioned it and he assured me it was calibrated correctly. Here i am after driving it, my mirror censors are way off and my lane management does not work. So what did I pay for? A cheap install and these guys not to do their job so they can get tot he next. Save yourself the hassle and don’t go. I left a message to speak with someone, we will see if the manager or owner call me back.

They came out and installed a new windshield on my truck. They used an impact drill to remove the cowl and other trim under the hood. I should have known then but let them continue along. When completed, I noticed the cowl was no longer sitting flush on the glass and one of the guys stated it was because the plastic broke off around the driver side mounting screw. Gee, I wonder why... Was it because you were using an impact drill to re-install it? 10 minutes after they left, I noticed a chip in the windshield that started to crack. 20 minutes later it was over 2 inches longer from the extreme heat. I called and they came back just to tell me it was MY FAULT. Then they lied to their boss and of course he believes them over me and refused to replace it. I stopped payment on my check due to this. And furthermore, after inspecting the cowl and the windshield, I noticed the cowl was designed where the underside of it was notched out near the top and across the full width to allow it to lie flat on the windshield. The bottom of that notched area dropped down just below the glass so that it will rest on the top of the vehicle’s firewall for support. I also noticed the bottom of the windshield sat below the notched area of the cowl causing the cowl to sit in a raised position and not flush on the glass as it is supposed to do. It’s as if the new windshield was either defective (wasn’t manufactured correctly to properly fit) or the installers installed the windshield 3 to 4 millimeters too low on the left side so when the installer tried to re-install and tighten the cowl mounting screws, he forced it down onto the edge of the glass which caused the chip and crack in the glass before the plastic section of the cowl around the mounting screw hole broke off. He wouldn’t have known or seen it happen since that part of the glass is hidden from view under the windshield wiper cowl panel grille. But I was to blame... Go figure.

The window’s fixed fine. It doesn’t lay flat at the top of the window, but I’m not sure that will affect the seal yet. However, all of my stuff in my trunk had to be thrown away for being covered in glass. Including my baby stroller and other baby items. They didn’t warn me glass would get all over the items in the trunk, nor did they ask me to take out any belongings. I don’t know how this stuff works, I was already upset for my window being broken but I didn’t think they would hack at the glass while the trunk was open. Why couldn’t they have asked me if I wanted a chance to get my stuff out beforehand? I could have been given a warning. I just hope they remind people in the future. I lost over $300 worth of stuff. After just paying $345 for the window replacement. I am distraught.. I can say is that the window is fixed and everyone was really nice. I’m just really disappointed with the aftermath.

Yet again, unbelievable service!!!!! All I had was a chip in the windshield. They accommodated last minute and told me to bring it in next day. They fixed the chip quickly, vacuumed my carpet, hung an air freshener, gave me a free can of window cleaner, and took time to explain several things about the glass. The ladies at the front couldn't have been more professional. I knew I was in the right place when I saw staff members cleaning oil spots from the parking lot. The attention to detail was mind blowing. If you need glass work done please use this family owned shop.
