I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks prior with the owner of the company. On my way to my appointment I called to let the service people know I was about ten minutes behind. Unfortunately this company does not update their information with Apple Maps and so their phone number and address are both incorrect. When I drove to the address listed for the business, I called again because I was sure I was lost. The owner answered the phone and rudely told me that is their OLD address. I then said something like “that would have been nice to know” because clearly I wouldn’t have driven the hour to the appointment to the old address if I had been informed they were no longer there. The business owner then informed me that I needed to go to another shop because she is sending my glass back. She then hung up when I asked her her name she replied IM THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS and hung up. I called back because I was genuinely baffled with how I was just treated and I wanted to know her name. Her name is “Notion” and I will gladly pay the higher cost to get my windshield replaced by a company who has a little more class. Lived in the rogue valley for a couple of years and didn't really know who to call. Called safelite and other competitors, and was quoted $339. Called Applegate and was quoted $189.00. They offered mobile service and scheduled me the same week. They arrived early and only took 30 minutes to replace my front windshield on my jeep. Very professional, and only charged me $165.00. We have had multiple windshields replaced on our personal cars and also own a little used car dealership. This is by far the BEST place to have a windshield replaced or chips filled! They can come to your house or office, they're fast, do great work and have always been able to help us in very timely manner!
